Excellent location. 5 min walk to main sites, restaurants, shopping, museums, etc. Very quiet, very clean. Staff very helpful. Easy underground parking at hotel.

Bed was not that comfortable. A bit hard without much cushioning. Breakfast was not great compared to other European breakfast spreads we’ve experienced.

The wellness was private and really cool. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was poor. No vegetables, same food every day. Sometimes the bar on the street played loud music , you could hear it from the room and also the main door for the room didn't close properly and you could hear the people on the corridor.

Spa area with steam room and jacuzzi was awesome after a tour out on the island. Recommendation for dinner was excellent. Breakfast was great. Parking was helpful

Very little space in the bathroom, no place for toiletries. the lighting is poor, the pool deck was not clean, it was covered in pigeon excrement. and the outdoor space off of the room had very uninviting furniture.

Everything.Location. Professional and kind staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and the best fresh juices. Made to order coffee (i.e. espresso, cappuccino).

Really great cute hotel, our room was large enough so we have a separate spare bad for our son and plenty of space still available. We liked the terace with the pool and the spa. Location was perfect, staff very helpful, it was a great choice to book this place

the only thing I would like to change is the fact that the breakfast was always the same. We stayed for 5 days and we every morning we had exactly the same breakfast which could have been more creative, they could have changed it every couple of days. We asked them once to have the eggs cooked differently instead of scrabbled but they kindly refused so.

A superb contemporary hotel - great location, super nice, helpful and friendly staff and wonderfully comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious bedrooms. The use of the underground garage was a bonus, as was the outside pool area which we relaxed in after hiking one day. All in all, we would highly recommend for a stay in Ponta Delgada as your are in the heart of the old part of the city, surrounded by very good restaurants and only 3 minutes stroll to the harbourside. And as are all Azoreans we met, the staff are wonderfully friendly, kind and helpful.

We had a suite (306) and it was lovely. Clean and spacious. very nice contemporary decor. well maintained. Beds are comfortable but on the firm side so if you like really soft spongy beds, you may not like these. The shower was great. big and high water pressure. We never ran out of hot water. The fridge and small kitchenette was useful. We liked the sound of the big church bell tolling the hours in the background. Though the windows were very good and blocked a lot of sound. They served a good breakfast with fresh made to order coffee which was a nice touch. Great value. They have a hot tub/steam room and sauna and due to covid they are allowing guests to reserve it for an hour. It’s a private spa which is amazing value since it’s included in the room price. The location is great as it’s 5 minutes from the central area and sea front in the historic district. They changed the sheets and towels every day. Every staff member we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. always helped with a smile. The room was as shown on the website in every way.

We faced the street and there was a bar on the street that played music till about 11pm on Friday and Saturday. The windows blocked most of the sound but you could still hear it a bit. I think lower floors might hear it more. It didn’t bother us too much. It is a small complaint but they need more hooks for robes, towels. drying swimsuits.

Cozy, large room. Perfect central location with plenty restaurants to choose from and a nearby promenade. Free parking in garage.

Breakfast was really a no go. We could eat nothing but muesli. Can be a tad loud, when next door restaurants has a party.
