We have stayed on the marina at Playa Blanca many times and often use villas supplied by Alex although we have not stayed in this particular villa before. It was perfectly located for us with a short walk to the marina and it’s bars and restaurants. Playa Blanca is a 30 minute walk along the front or short bus ride from the stop close to the villa. Pool was a good size but unheated so quite cold on first getting in. Loved the balcony off the main bedroom with its small table and chairs. Ceiling fans in bedrooms were an unexpected bonus and quiet enough to leave on all night. Another great idea were the USB sockets either side of the bed…very handy. Safe would have been nice but not essential. Very quite location and as located in a cul de sac only had people passing who were staying in the other villas. Supermarket 2 or 3 mins walk but quite expensive, we would suggest using one of the main Hiperdinos if buying a lot. Overall, great villa, great location for us and a fab 2 weeks in the sun.

Very well laid out and equipped. A small introductory folder would maybe be helpful but not vital. Easy booking and good communication throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent little villa - and much nicer than photos on website, including new sun loungers that are really comfortable. Great location and only a few minutes walk to main marina with lots of shops restaurants and bars. Supermarket at end of road. Was lovely having own pool which is reasonably private and was cleaned during our stay. Not heated but weather was hot and pool refreshing to swim in. House has everything you need and in a safe and quiet location, the beds are super comfortable too! Only thing which would have helped is updated property directions ( think there has been a few changes to the landmarks provided to follow) and more bath towels ( only 2 provided which we had to wash everyday using the washing machine). Will definitely be back for another stay!

A lovely clean villa just a couple of minutes walk away from the marina. Great communication from Alex, he very kindly arranged for the villa to be cleaned the day before our arrival so we could have early access. The villa was easy to find in a taxi. Very well equipped kitchen, we didn't cook in the villa but it would have easily been possible. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms. Pool area is lovely, we didn't get any sun until late morning but it was early in the season. The pool's not heated but that wasn't a problem, we went in a few times, it was perfect for cooling down. Appreciated the pool towels as we travelled light. The main bed was really comfortable. Would recommend to family & friends.

El segundo día cenando afuera vimos cucarachas en el jardín y el tercer día en el salón. Nos pusimos en contacto con Alex, le comentamos el problema de las cucarachas y también le pedimos una red para poder limpiar la piscina, ya que no encotramos ninguna en la casa. Sobre el tema de las cucarachas nos dijo que poco podíamos hacer, ya que era un problema éndemico de la isla, y que al día siguiente vendría alguien a limpiarnos la piscina. Al día siguiente nadie vino a limpiar la piscina, ni nadie nos pregunto a ver que tal iba el tema de los insectos, ni se volvió a poner en contacto con nosotras... En general hemos estado bien, la casa está bien ubicada y tiene practicamente todo lo necesario, pero quería dejar constancia de este episodio.

Fantastic villa with a south facing garden, with its own parking and it was clean and tidy with the kitchen appliances as listed. In a great location within minutes to the marina and 20 minutes walk to Playa Blanca to the sandy beach, various restaurants and bars. Adequate supermarket nearby with a fantastic adjacent coffee shop. Alex was very helpful answering any questions. The villa would comfortably sleep 4 although the were a couple.

We stayed in this villa for 26days. It was close to amenitys. Mariner and beach. We would stay here again

Everything you need is in the villa. Good amount of space. Shop just across the road and marina is right on your doorstep with lots of restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. Alex is very good replying and sending you all the information you need for the villa. Fantastic holiday.

Fijne vakantie gehad in een compleet vakantiehuis. Alleen het terras is echt aan vervanging toe. Het terras was bedekt met houten panelen die slecht op hun plaats bleven liggen. Desondanks genoten van het fijne zwembad.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable a clean. The pool get a good amount of sun throughout the day and the patio seating area is big enough to eat outside in the evenings. The pool was cleaned a couple of times during our stay. The marina is only a couple of minutes walk away, with a small shopping centre and supermarket. There are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from and it's lovely to walk around. There are a couple of boat trips from the marina and it is only a 20 minute walk to the beach at playa dorada. Playa Blanca is easy to reach by either a short bus or car ride and has a lovely beach and more restaurants and shops.The only thing that might have improved our stay would have been some information on the local area/villa i.e.; location of bigger supermarket and where to put the rubbish etc. We will definitely be returning.

Short walk to Shopping Centre & supermarket. Only a few minutes stroll to the Marina and all its restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable, well equipped for self catering. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and extra bedding if required. Patio and pool are south facing with table & chairs and sun loungers, pool was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay. Instruction manuals for the appliances would have been useful but we figured them out eventually. Entertainment for English speakers is limited, in hindsight I should have taken my own media.

Clean and comfortable property in a great location in Playa Blanca. Near some very nice restaurants but not so close as to be troubled by noise. The property helped towards a very relaxing week. I would certainly recommend it.

This is an absolutely lovely villa in a great location in Marina Rubicon. It's a five minute walk to the closest supermarket, and a 5-10 minute walk to the waterfront where all the restaurants are. The villa is the typical design of the villas in the area, and was just right for two people to have their own room, or would be ideal for families. An added bonus is also the beautiful garden to the side of the property, which has flourished since the photos in the advert were taken. The kitchen is also well stocked with crockery and utensils if you wanted to cook for yourself. The villa itself was pretty clean, although the floors were not as clean as they appeared once you started walking around in bare feet. We also found that the lamp in the second bedroom needed a new bulb, and the catch on the door to the balcony in the main bedroom was broken, so wouldn't shut properly once opened. These should have both been relatively quick fixes, but the contact in Lanzarote, Ramon, didn't turn up until three days after we'd arrived. On the first day, quite understandably, this was due to a burst pipe in another property he was looking after, but we only found this out having waited in until gone 10am for him, and chasing him after he didn't show up. Having then agreed that he would come the next day, he again didn't show up, and didn't contact me to let me know, and then finally turned up at 9am on the third day without warning. The communication of this could have been much better. Overall I would book this villa again if returning to Lanzarote, but perhaps there needs to be more property managers available to help guests.

Had a great time in Playa Blanca as usual. Chose this villa because it is close to the marina side of town as we preferred even though it is still only a 10 to 15 min walk to the harbour side and it’s bars and restaurants. Only complaint was that there could be a couple more hand towels for bathroom and a shower mat downstairs in case of slips. Other than that we were more than satisfied. Ramon also very helpful

Schöne, ruhige Lage mit ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Pool in Südlage, Balkon am Schlafzimmer, Küche war voll ausgestattet (z.B. Töpfe, Pfannen, Mikrowelle, Weingläser etc.). Uns hat dort nichts gefehlt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Nice house to enjoy Playa Blanca. 3 minutes to the Marina with many restaurants and shops. The house has almost everything you would have at home. Supermarket nearby, next to main promenade to walk alongside the sea. A car is useful to reach the wild beaches of Papagayo. we had amazing time and we can recommended for everyone. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana. La villa è molto confortevole e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla. A pochi passi da Marina Rubicon e da Playa Blanca. Spero di poterci ritornare !!!!!

Hemos estado 10 días allí y nos ha encantado tanto la casa, como la ubicación. La casa es ideal, estaba todo perfecto y la piscina genial. Lo mejor de todo es que está en un sitio tranquilo, sin ruidos, a un par de minutos del paseo marítimo y de las tiendas. El señor de mantenimiento, Ramón, muy amable. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir.

Dúplex completito Buena situación en una zona muy tranquila con tiendas y restaurantes por donde poder comer y dar un paseo. La piscina todo un lujo bien limpia y cuidada. Hemos disfrutado mucho con las vacaciones Recomendable

We have just returned from playa Blanca and the villa was just perfect, everything you need is there to hand and Ramon is always available. The only glitch was a temperamental door on the washing machine but we did make Ramon aware of this. Will definitely go back next year

Somos un matrimonio con una niña de 13 años. Hemos pasado 10 días en Villa Juaqui inmejorables. La casa es comodísima, muy bien ubicada en el entorno de Playa Blanca que es el que nos ha parecido más agradable de toda la isla. La casa tienes todo lo necesario para una estancia vacacional. En realidad ha sido un punto importante para poder descansar y pasar unas vacaciones relajadas que es lo que pretendíamos. Supermercado a un minuto, Playa Dorada a un paseo muy agradable de 10 minutos, el puerto con sus tiendas, restaurantes, etc. a 3 minutos...y el pueblo de Playa Blanca muy cercano. Dar las gracias también a Ramón, encargado de ayudarte en cualquier cosa que necesites en la casa. Muchas gracias por todo.

Estuve alojado en esta bonita casa con mi mujer y mi hija y pasamos una semana estupenda. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario y está muy bien situada a pocos minutos andando del puerto deportivo y a solo 10 o 15 minutos andando de Playa Dorada. Prácticamente solo cruzar la calle había un Centro Comercial con un gran supermercado. Estuvimos cenando en el puerto un par de noches con buena calidad y a precios razonables. El segundo día descubrimos las preciosas Playas de Papagayo y aunque el agua estaba fría, nos bañamos varias veces, ya que sus aguas transparentes invitaban a ello. Recomendable el chiringuito encima de Playa Papagayo para comer un bocadillo o hamburguesa o simplemente para tomar una cerveza. Volveremos, ya que nos quedaron muchos rincones por descubrir.

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa very much, it was clean and comfortable. Situated in a quiet residential development near a good supermarket and the coastal paths to Playa Blanca centre and Los Colorados. The patio was sheltered, south facing and very sunny. It has a lovely small pool but was a little too cold to tempt us in. The kitchen has good appliances and the utensils are adequate. As mentioned by previous reviewers we did experience noise from next door during the first week, but it got better and didn’t spoil our stay at all. The Spanish family moved out before we left, so may resolve the problem. As semi-detached houses with all tiled floors so some noise is likely. We would stay at this Villa again.
