Dimitri was an exceptional host! Very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and extremely hospitable. He was made for working in the hospitality industry. The suites were spacious and clean. The art and decor for the place was all done by Dimitri and it definitely shows his pride in ownership of the property.

Dimitri is a wonderful and welcoming host! He makes your stay feel at home with just enough luxury and decadence, without it becoming over the top and impersonal. And he clearly brings his artistic background to the experience. A wonderful change to the 'normal' run of the mill (although often also perfectly fine) hotels on work trips. The room was beautifully done with more than enough to meet any needs or wants... The 'room' I had, had a kitchen facility area, living room area and dining area, a seperate roomy bedroom (with a very comfortable bed, closet space and aircon (weather was quite warm when I stayed) and a separate bathroom with stand alone bath and separate walk-in shower. All decorated in style (each floor is decorated tastefully in different period-styles). All areas are set up very spacious. I even had a small balcony that could fit a chair. All windows are large but well soundproofed. Breakfast was delicious and made personally. There's even a small elevator so you don't need to carry bags up the stairs to your room even though the guesthouse is created within a residential building.

A unique property decorated with an artistic eye for detail. We had a larger bedroom and amazing bathroom, both decorated in an art deco style with fine attention to detail. Despite being in an urban area our room looked down on a green space. The host was a delight and breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room which reflected the owner’s passion for art and artistry. All in all a wonderful find with easy access to dining, shopping and the old part of Brussels.

"Exceptional" does not begin to describe Louise Sur Cour. This is truly a remarkable property that we are going to be talking about for years to come. Our host, Dmitri, has created a gorgeous guesthouse with delightful and unexpected touches everywhere you look. Our Art Deco style room was brilliantly designed and furnished with a bathrom to die for, a deliciously comfortable bed and excellent climate control. And the breakfast! So far beyond any breakfast we have had at any other property, with fresh fruit, omelets made to order, delicious breads and pastries and fresh juice. Dmitri is also very generous with good advice for things to do in Brussels. We simply could not have been happier with our choice of accomodations.

It was amazing! Dimitri was so nice. The love he put in this house is everywhere. He made a great breakfast. We didn‘t want to leave. Absolutely 10/10
