If you’re looking to get away, this is the place. This house was far enough from town, yet close enough if you don’t mind driving into town. The driveway into the house is amazing to say the least. Going up a winding road leading to a heard of cattle with the pony that you just can’t help to admire. The house had plenty of amenities. All three houses were already cooled, which brings me to the owner. The owner was attentive to make sure we had a good stay. He was available the entire time prior to arrival, he made sure we had everything we needed and once there he was always available for any questions or issues. The pool was great with amazing views of the hill country. You can enjoy walking over to the pasture pond or star gazing during the night. Plenty of room to explore. We hope to be back in the fall or winter time, definitely recommend this house!

We enjoyed our family vacation here at the Ponderosa! The pool was a great way to cool down after spending the day at Six Flags. We had a great time at the local rodeo Friday night. The views were awesome and the pond was a ton of fun! Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Like many, it’s been two years since our family has had a vacation together. So, when I was looking for the perfect spot for adults and kiddos, we found it! From the very beginning, there has been great communication and true hospitality. The cabins were perfect for each family unit and the pool was a beautiful addition to the rolling hills of Texas. My family has non- stop talked about how perfect our stay was! Thank you for making the Hamilton vacation a success - we’re beyond grateful.

This place was excellent as a rendezvous point for my family, my younger sister's family, our older sister, and our parents. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and the setting was incredible. We all needed the escape from the city life. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family.

Property was well equipped with essentials for our family vacation. It was the perfect location to meet our family and get away from the city. The views were breathtaking and there was plenty to do for all ages. The owner was responsive and very helpful. We plan on coming back next summer.

Amazing views, awesome property, the pool is beautiful , clean and large. Deer, cattle, and other friendly wildlife are abundant. Great fishing lake - my nephew caught his first fish ! Accommodations are large and the back covered Center has ping pong and food all and an awesome fire place. The views are spectacular both day and night. We will be back for sure !!

We created some great new family memories over Family vacation. Nice open layout, plenty of beds and well equipped. Beautiful place, great location, and privacy. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend this place! We are looking forward to coming back soon.

We had a group of sixteen staying there. The morning sunrise view was beautiful. The owner was easy to talk too and answered all my questions. The house was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at many rentals all over the country. Everyone in our group said they would stay there again.

We were heading to Bandera for a motorcycle rally. In search of accommodations for a large group, we came across this wonderful setting. To say that it was perfect, is an understatement. We could not of asked for anything more! So beautiful and just perfect. We can wait to come back.

What a beautiful and enjoyable stay at this property. Everything listed in the ad was spot on. Relaxing hill country views that go on for miles. We rented the property to celebrate my 40th birthday with family and friends and we took advantage of all the property features including fishing, swimming, ping pong, college football in the covered barn and even some pool side star gazing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax with family and friends. We even made friends with the property's ponies, cows and late night raccoons. 5 stars all the way!!

Our family had an incredible weekend at this beautiful, secluded ranch. Plenty of space for my wife and our 4 adult daughters. Very clean and well maintained. Close enough to Bandera and even Fredericksburg, but secluded and private. We will b back soon, unbelievable property

The views from this property were stunning! The house setup is really nice with lots of room to spread out. The pool was great and everything was well maintained.

The accommodations are exactly as described, our family had a wonderful time. Owner ensured all was set up for us and even allowed us to check-in early. The property has been taken care of with the thought of ensuring the best experience and lots of activities on the grounds. Our boys love to fish so the fishing pond on site was an added bonus. None of our children (teens) had a share a bed and that was a big plus for our family as well. On the way home we all talked about how great the place was and when we could return. Definitely on our list of places to visit in the future. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

A group of 12 stayed at this property for a weekend and could not have been happier. The property was clean, well-maintained, and just what the doctor ordered for a weekend away from the hustle of the city. Would highly recommend for someone looking for some quality time spent BBQing, swimming, and playing games.

Overall the experience was fairly easy and smooth. Just wish the rates were a little lower so we could afford to go often.

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed this property; especially the large pool and jetted hot tub. We spent most of our time swimming. Also used & loved the outdoor tv, foosball area! Will definitely rent this property again for family get togethers!
