No wheel chair accessibility, the bathtub was extremely slippery, and no body soap in the room, plus no hand towel only the large bath.

Sehr freundliches Service, tolle Lage -- nicht mal 5min zum ByWard Market, wo allerlei Lokale und Standln sind.

Frühstück hätte bisschen vielfältiger sein können. Weder Schinken, noch Käse wurden angeboten. Dafür aber warme Würstchen und eine Eierspeis -- ist einfach Geschmacksache.

Polite Staff, Co operative Manager, Spacious Room, Balcony, In room facilities like coffee maker, Fridge, Microwave, Plates, Glasses etc, Elevator....And The Best thing is the Complementary Breakfast....its just 👌

I don't see any ramps to reach the hotel reception from roadside...its only Stairs....Need a modification....This time we are ok as we travel as couple but next time if I travel with my mother who uses a wheelchair....then I might have to 🤔

Some of the beds are getting old and less comfortable. They should upgrade their beds soon.

This place was awesome!! Very comfortable and clean. I loved the neighbourhood. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was great.

Lovely boutique hotel in great location for restaurants and nightlife. It reminded me of places I have stayed in Paris. We had a great view of the city from our balcony. Front desk was very helpful.

The breakfast did not quite live up to the standard set by the hotel, but the croissants were very good and hot frothy milk for coffee was a plus.

Very convenient location, easy walk to the main areas of the city.

The hotel looks a bit tired and in need of some TLC.

Tout aimé, d’abord l’extérieur est impeccable et accueillant, je dirais une bâtisse de charme intégrée dans une rue résidentielle à quelques pas du marché By. Impressionné par le personnel d’accueil très professionnel dans un espace d’accueil tout aussi impeccable qui tout de suite démontre l’importance des propriétaires à offrir un bon séjours à ses clients. Tout est bien, la chambre son aménagement son ameublement, son équipement et son balcon avec son intimité. Le luxe est toujours dans le confort, la sécurité, la propreté et surtout l’accueil alors cet hébergement est le luxe abordable. La salle pour le petit-déjeuner est tout autant impeccable avec un bon choix pour tous les goûts. Merci au personnel de l’accueil.

Junkies in the neighborhood

The is in a great location to walk to many Ottawa sites. The cute balcony in our room was so nice to sit out on and enjoy the lovely street.

Location was excellent by Byward market

I ordered "Standard Queen Room" (Recommended for 2 adults, 1 child) for two adults and a 10 year old child, there was only one queen bed in the room. There were no extra cot for the child, also the room was very small - no place for extra cot. By word of the front desk staff - "parents can share the bed with small kids".
