On the outskirts of niagara. Walking not bad but feels like it's on the edge of safer area

Nice lobby, nice lobby bar and coffee. Beds comfy

Rooms nice but pretty bare, very minimalist. Dinner at buchanan was not great

Spacious, clean, nice views on higher floors, pool, sauna, hot tub.

A bit of a walk to the Falls, would appreciate makeup remover pads, a couple of bottles of water and a decent coffee maker with decent coffee. Coffee is terrible and only one tea bag?

Everything was excellent the room the hotel look...I was very happy this was our first stay...but we will be coming back for sure

The only thing I would have liked better were the pillows they were not good at all...and the toilet paper would have been nice if it was at least better then single ply...oh one more thing information about the spa... I didn't even know that their was a hair salon in the hotel until it was too late ...

Lobby

Hot tub and pool were not hot. No where is it advertised that $22 for parking. Thin walls between rooms-was up through the night because of noisy neighbours. Foul smell in room upon arrival

I liked the exterior, swimming pool, large room, and sitting area. I enjoyed the welcoming environment.

The bathroom needs more attention. It seems the shower has not be cleaned for while. Let someone check on the cleaning people.

The staff are all well trained with good customers care. The location is excellent, you can view so many attraction zone from your room. I will recommend this hotel to my friends, i will also lodge there for next visit.

I would have appreciate having microwave in my room.

Didn’t support my first requirements such as slippers, bottle of water, toothbrush, smallest size of shampoo in bathroom, empty minibar, white cover upper on blanket instead of wearing it. I think these are minimum requirements for guests who select a 4stars hotel!!

Clean, close to amenities. Reasonable good restaurant.

The bartending at the main restaurant was not good

Overall clean and accessible to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Only thing would be the overall cost of the stay was expensive for just one night where complimentary breakfast or parking wasn’t included.

The view was decent, we had the river side and were able to see the fireworks at night which was nice. The property is not too far of a walk or drive to a bunch of things. Tons of restaurants near by, as well as a Walmart. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant on site as well as a Starbucks. I’d recommend a stay if you want to be away from the noise of Clifton hill.

Our first room smelled bad of cigarette smoke, staff was amazing when we told them and we were given a new suite which smelled much better. Pillows were a bit flat but not horribly uncomfortable. I’d recommend a stay if you want to be away from the noise of Clifton hill.

Nice lobby, rooms were clean

Rooms don’t have a view of the Niagara Falls, so it was a misrepresentation. You see the top bit of the falls (just before the river drops down) but the cascading waterfalls are actually covered by trees. So if you want to see the falls from your room you need to book a hotel much closer to the river edge. There is no buffet breakfast and it is quite expensive ala carte.
