Das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtung lieblos. Die Fenster sind nicht sauber so dass es unmöglich ist bei eigentlich tollen Ausblick, Fotos zu machen ohne einen Schleier auf jedem Bild zu haben. Das Frühstück war fürchterlich, Kaffee aus Pappbechern und Säfte aus Plastikbechern. Von Nachhaltigkeit hat man dort scheinbar noch nichts gehört .

Massive hotel. Lifts always very busy. Dated decor. Suite had great window view but room layout meant sofa seating area had zero view- just a view of 4 internal walls.

The building's location offers a nice view of the falls, but this view is only accessible for a short window of time due to mist and changing weather conditions. Therefore, it’s not worth paying for an expensive room just to enjoy the view. A better option would be to book lunch or dinner at the restaurant in this building or in another one with a similar view.

This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was about to lie down to sleep when I noticed something moving on my pillow—it was a medium-sized spider. I would never have expected to find a spider in a room at a four-star hotel, especially one managed by Hilton and located on the 42nd floor. What made the situation even worse was how dismissive the staff were about the distress this caused me. Both the night manager and the morning manager failed to show any genuine concern, and they refused to provide proof that the hotel is up-to-date with inspections and pest control. Not only was there no apology or proactive measures to address the situation, but they didn’t even offer something as simple as a chamomile tea to help me relax after such a disturbing experience. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep at all that night. To make matters worse, after a sleepless night, the breakfast experience was awful. It felt like fast food—long queues, tasteless and limited options, and insufficient tables. This is not the standard I expected, and I definitely won’t be returning to this hotel.

Morgenmaden var mildest talt elendig; ingen ordentligt tilbud til os der ikke vil spise bacon og æg og vi spiste på hotellets restaurant den første aften, hvilket også var urimelig dyrt i forhold til kvalitet.

Es ist ein Massenbetrieb - aber es ist keine Massenabfertigung, und alles ist perfekt organisiert. Alles läuft wie ein Uhrwerk, großes Kompliment. Ich habe niemals an den Aufzügen warten müssen und auch nicht zum Frühstück anstehen, wie ich das in anderen Bewertungen gelesen habe. Die Frühstückzeiten sind großzügig bemessen und wer früh genug kommt muß auch nicht warten. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend: Rührei, Crepes, Kaffee, der nach Kaffee schmeckt, Säfte und, und,und. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und immer freundlich . Man merkt , daß das Hotel von absolut professionellen Menschen geleitet wird, die sich auf Organisation und Personalführung verstehen. Der kostenlose Shuttleservice zum hoteleigenen Parkplatz ist super. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, die Betten perfekt. Ich werde wiederkommen, nicht nur wegen dem überwältigenden Panorama auf die kanadischen und die amerikanischen Fälle. Internetqualität war erstklassig.

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Auf Bitten wurde sofort reagiert.

The location of the hotel

Parking is silly and extremely expensive. Should have free parking if you decide to park offsite. The view is barely visible from a room on the horseshoe falls side. The cost of the hotel is does not reflect the quality of it. I'll most likely never stay here again and look for better accommodations for me and my family. One last thing we didn't like is the heavy use and wait times of the elevators. I think we spent a third of our vacation just waiting for an elevator at the hotel.

While I misunderstood the correct price of the upgrade, I'm very happy that we splurged on a room with a view of the falls. The sound of the falls soothed us to sleep in an exceptionally comfy bed in our clean, spacious room. I followed the advice of a Niagara Falls reviewer to spend the money on a good hotel and glad that I did. The men working the valet were a hoot & gave us many good ideas for our stay. Hotel seemed fully staffed & well-trained.

All associates were awesome (pleasant & professional), with exception of the reception bar staff, who ignored us & didn't seem very happy to be there.

The room was spacious and overlooked the Falls. Location good for visiting attractions.

In general the staff overall was very rude especially the front desk staff. The parking on site was nothing short of a nightmare and outrageously expensive. The breakfast was advertised as ‘made to order’. This is an absolute joke. There was nothing made to order!! Horrible breakfast by all standards.

The view was amazing. The room was very nice

We feel we were victims of a bait and switch. We had a high floor 2 room suite with canadian falls view and ability to see the fireworks. When we arrived we were told this room really only had a partial view of the falls but a cancellation had just made a presidential suite available with full views of both falls and fireworks and would only cost an additonal $220. We took that to mean total additonal, not each night plus all the taxes and fees. We were originally booked for three nights but had to cut our trip short by 1 day. We then found out that we would have to pay $125 to not stay the extra night! ( We heard two other couples say they too were told a high priced better suite had just opened up, but they stayed with the one they had initially booked) The view we had was beautiful but on the 15th floor, not on a high floor. Parking was rediculously expensive - $70-$100 per night. Bottom line- our original 3 night stay would have cost $1,241.82 plus parking, our final bill for only two nights was $1,906.52. We were not happy customers. We would not recommend this hotel to our family or friends.

Perfect position close to the falls

break for 11/12 year Olds on a PA day. , restaurants etc.cost jam from covid mostly removed. Very happy the hotel could move us to a better room for minimal charge.Boys loved the in sure jacuzzi. The size of the room with 2 TVs was awesome.. View was great! . The completemenatry drink tickets were awesome, waiting for your slot on a busy weekend can take a while. The included breakfast was enough to keep the kids going! Great memories for us!

Breakfast was really poor, parking rate was very high- I went for breakfast at 7 am it was like demonstration incredibly crowded - also it took quite long to checkout - all in all, value for money was very low - next time I'll try another hotel

System error. . Unsanitary conditions suggesting lack of cleaning.The room is full of dust and hair is found very easily on the bathroom floor. I was recording it. Bad preparation of bathroom supplies. No shampoo ,the conditioner and body lotion have been changed.
