Friendly staff, clean room

Congested rooms, ants in the room, washroom door not working properly, Breakfast items out of stock most of the time, it was not worth, when we paid a lot of money.

Breakfast foods are very good, but the dinning space is too small, suggest to lel the clients to take foods to eat in their room, breakfast place is for choosing and taking foods only. James Yang

parking was brutal. construction trucks and buses. making my parking area horrible to the point one vehicle hit mine trying to back out. cause me over 1000$ in damages with a hit and run. and I know it’s cause he couldn’t back out cause of the buses

Big bed and AC were nice. Breakfast wasn't to bad, location is beautiful though.

Some bugs.. ants, little beetles. Plus a school came and were allowed to park there coach busses taking up all the parking spots, running around the halls and took up the breakfast area as they all went at the same time. Maybe get a second person to help with the breakfasts or extend the weekday times.

The convenience of the location of the hotel. Convenient parking. Friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed.

We didn't get to eat the complimentary breakfast, even though we were down at the dining area early. Around 8 a.m. It was crowded and busy with bus loads of kids. There wasn't even enough room to go in and grab stuff to go neck to our room. Even if there was room, the food that was there was picked over. We ended up leaving and just going out for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and well kept. No other complaints.

Pet friendly and good location near plenty of venues and restaurants, etc. Lots of parking and easy access to most ground rooms through both an inside and outside door.

The room was a bit small to move about, especially with a large dog like mine. There was quite a bit of water on the bathroom floor when we first arrived but thankfully it wasn’t a leak.

Painting railings during day/ older parent needs to hold onto railing to go up and down stairs!

The man working at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and accommodating! Five stars for him.

Bed was comfortable room was clean location of our room was perfect as I recently had hip surgery so was a ground floor room near parking and lobby the 24 hr tea/coffee was a nice touch and the breakfast was really nice with a good selection

This hotel is stair access only - should have been mentioned. The cleaning staff were really loud in the halls early on a Saturday morning. Everything seems to be pretty outdated and in rough shape.

They switched our room to a ground floor super easily.

Breakfast was only served until 9am so we missed it.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn West Kanata with my family, including our pet dog. The location was decent and the rooms were clean, which was appreciated. The staff at the reception were amazing and very helpful. The morning breakfast was fairly good considering the price we paid. It's also great that they allow pets to stay.

I would caution against booking during a sports event in the area, as we experienced two consecutive sleepless nights due to the loud noises. My wife, two kids, and dog all struggled to sleep due to the noise. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the noise level from other guests returning from the sports event was a big issue between 1am and 3am
