Vi tog en overnatning for at børnene kunne prøve et spabad, men det var ødelagt og havde tydeligvis ikke virket i årevis. Vi gik til morgenmaden kl 8. Men der var der ikke mere mad selv om der skulle være mad frem til kl 9. Og intet personale i miles omkreds, så det var toast med appelsinmarmelade - han havde ellers reklameret med forskelige cornflakes osv - men der var ingen mælk, vafler, men der var ingen dej.. sådan var det hele -virkelig dårlig oplevelse.

The room was too dark and old and stuffs were some how dirty. The restaurant space was too small and every thing for the breakfast was too bad.

The room was clean, there were enough towels, bedsheets were clean. The laminate flooring was a welcome sight. The pool was clean though we were unable to swim as there was a thunderstorm. Adrian at the reception was friendly, helpful, and extremely pleasant. Breakfast was simple and a staff there was actually making the waffles. Nice to see soap and shampoo in the room.

The tiles on the bathroom floor are cracked and need updating to match the nice laminate flooring. The outside of the building is in a deplorable condition. A little TLC in the form of paint and sweeping the floors would make a world of difference.

The location was terrible. The room was in terrible condition. The bed was broken. Tv remote was broken. Floor was lifting. Trim pieces were glued. No extra lock on the door. The window looked as if someone tried to break in previously.

Not too much! It was a place to lay my head at night

When you sat on bed, the other side raised off the floor. The towels were old, thin, and dingy. Had to pay for parking, pet fee. Ice machine was inconvenient. Potholes in the parking lot. There were no grab bars for the bathtub. The toilet was very low to the floor. It felt like elementary school toilets. No smoking room next to smoking room. When you opened door to leave, you were bombarded with the smell of cigarettes. It was nauseating. No MW, no fridge!!! Would not stay there again!!!! I was surprised to find out it was a Wyndham property and was very surprised to find this on the Booking App!!! Shame on you, Booking.com.

Nothing - considered leaving

Not like the photos at all. The room was old, spa tub didn't work, shower too small, no water pressure, bed lumpy, furniture chipped, cupboard falling off. stains on walls and ceiling. Charged $10 for parking (?)

Rowdy, noisy, unsafe, terrible staff demeanour, breakfast quality,’coffee even tasted bad, orange juice bitter ( machine is unclean), disorder, no staff vigilance on demeanour of guests safety precautions, bed was uncomfortable could not walk after the two nights there, unprofessional staff generally, breakfast has no meat, no cheeses, no water either , no eggs and really the hotel has taken a turn for the worst.

We had hot water. Reasonable cost. Receptionists were professional, helpful and positive.

Facility needed urgent cleaning and upgrade. Dirty outside appearance. Shabby appearance. 1960 Vintage architectural appearance. Inside ambience old, dark and gloomy. Curtains were falling off the rail. Floppy bed mattress. Sunken in middle. Ceiling plaster were flaking. Old carpets with nail boards exposed. Very small shower with very slippery floors. Rusty venting next to small toilet. Vanity area cramped and needed painting. Threadbare towels provided. Wi-fi was not always available. Received No room service for the time we were there. Door pass to room consistently inoperative. Dining room needed also upgrade. Glassware on the bar looked dirty. Some chair seats were torn. Overall a hotel 6 experience. Advertising deceptive. Visiting not recommended.

Staff was very nice. Quick to check in. Check out was super quick and simple. Bed was comfy and clean. Tub in the room was amazing.

Only complaint was I wish the wifi was a bit stronger in the room

We did not have the breakfast I cannot think of anything that I liked about this place it smells of cigarettes the bed smells like body odor the tub didn't work . It is very run down I will not stay here again

Staff was amazing there was breakfast and kitchen staff was making sure everyone got what they needed even the housekeeper was nice and social Bed and pillows were comfortable, very quiet location

Room could use some update like shower curtain, TV stand etc

I liked checking out but that was it....

I booked the hot tub suite... The AC unit didn't work and it looked like someone beat the controls to little bits. The filters were clogged solid but I cleaned that before I tried to start it up. The hot tub was very very dirty! I filled it up and turned the Jets on that there was so much dust and sediment and black stuff coming out of all the Jets and was floating on the top of the water... The bed I felt every spring in the whole bed!! As I laid there from lack of sleep, I looked up and on the wall about the "headboard" and there were handprints and my guess bodily fluids had dried dripping down the wall and glistened in the light. On top of all this, there were ants all over my unit! At one point there were some in my bed as I was sleeping and woke me up multiple times! There was water damage across the corners of the unit as well. Very very grossed out and unsatisfied with this stay. I have stayed here before years ago but wow..... It has really gone down hill!
