tv didn’t work there wasn’t even an alarm clock so we couldn’t even listen to anything

Windows and doors where thin. There was no parking and if u had it u couldn't get out cause they charge 5 dollar parking a day unless u rent a room then its 42.50 and still dont get a spot. No fridges pool had no water. Horrible experience

Only location

Usually I don’t write bad reviews but this place was far from my expectations. I could get a better place in the same price. The beds were so uncomfortable, the lamps were broken, the electrical ports were not working in my room so, I was unable to charge my phone in the room, the room smells like moisture, the carpets were dirty, there were water or wine spills in the the hallway. Parking was an issue at the site, very congested parking lot. I would not come back again, I chose this hotel because of the location but I made wrong choice. I am sorry!

The room wasn't the cleanest, there was a spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Cigarette holes in the curtains and burn stains on some of the chairs.

Location was right in the thick of things on Clifton Hill. Easy walk to attractions and casino

Room could have been a little cleaner. Hair in the bathtub, big holes on the bathroom door. Were aware that there was no fridge in the room, but thought there would be at least a coffee maker and blow dryer

It was close to what we needed. Lundy's Lane is on the same road so a drive up there was fast if you needed to do some non souvenir shopping. The room was nice and beds were good. There was no fridge in the room, but I don't know if there are rooms that have one.

Paid for parking. I believe paid parking for a motel you are at should be included. Aside from that, there was nothing else that I didn't like. I was here before so I knew what to expect the second time around.
