Extremly expensive breakfast restaurant

Near to most important stores, pharmacy etc

Pelo relacionamento com a rede, tive upgrade de acomodação, mas por não reservar por eles, não pontuei. O quarto é ótimo (suite), com vista para o lago.

Limpeza. O quarto apresentou odor e não havia lavagem do banheiro. Café da manhã pela Starbucks, muito simples.

The pool was very nice and tiki bar bartender was very helpful and friendly. Parking was very good. The hotel staff at checkin and check out were very helpful and friendly

We were disappointed with the breakfast and the breakfast staff was not very helpful. The bathroom had no ventilation and the bathroom had very little counter space

Room bigger than usual, friendly staff, semi-private beach!

No breakfast included but a Starbucks (not included)... You have amazing alternatives for breakfast.

You were charged for EVERYTHING. No Continental breakfast. Only what you chose to pay for. They advertise refrigerator in the room……a lie. I needed a refrigerator for medications, which was why I booked here. Went to the front desk to say I need to go elsewhere. They refused to refund me. Even though they were dishonest in there advertising

Close to grocery stores and restaurants, right off a main street but far enough from busy part of Key West. Front desk staff was friendly.

The refrigerator didn’t work, would’ve been nice to have cold water after a long hot day out.
