The swimming pool was perfect for the kids

The AC was too loud and noisy we couldn’t sleep properly

The fridge in the room was noisy when fan kicked in

For the cost of the room when I asked for a CT blanket and pillow we didn’t receive either. I requested 4 towels and only received 3, I requested 3 pieces of cutlery and only received 2. Friday night supper was not worth the $40 we paid.

different options for eating. breakfasts were really good, had real ham with breakfast.

casino very tight for winning. very noise in the hallways with kids running around until very late at night.

The beds were comfortable

I stepped on a piece of glass that stuck into my foot. When I pulled it out, I started to bleed. I told the front desk and he offered me a free upgrade the next time I went there. I was there with my mom because we were cremating my little brother as he has passed away suddenly and tragically. We’re from Edmonton and this hotel was the closest to the hotel. There was absolutely no remorse or sympathy or anything. I felt like they just wanted me to leave, just to get on to the people behind me that we’re checking in.
