The entry was beautiful. The beds were amazing, as were the pillows. The lady at check in was super friendly and very helpful!

There were LOTS of commotion throughout the evening. Hollering, slamming doors, yelling, TV’s so loud I could hear them in my room from 1 am to at least 4 am. I blared the a/c just to drown out what noise I could to get what sleep I could. Also the 3rd floor reeked of weed as soon as we got off the elevator.

part of why I booked there was the breakfast in the morning, it is advertised on the website, when we stayed there was no breakfast served, the breakfast area wasn’t even open

The burn marks everywhere and being charged $60 to make sure there's no smoking in the room

The room that my family and I stayed in was very dirty with under garments left from the previous guest. We were given a 2nd room and the furniture in our suite had mold and mildew. Linen was also dirty from previous guest. You could see the drool stains on the pillow cases. We were charged for the first night, even after calling booking.com to receive a full refund and to let them know of the issue. We tried emailing photos of our rooms to booking.com with the emails that were provided from an agent but it kept queuing instead of sending. We were told that hotel staff would come look at our room but no one came. When I called booking.com again about our wanting a refund so that we could go to another hotel with our family, we were told that the hotel clerk said we couldnt get a refund for the first night because we had been there past the 2 hr window. None of it was fair on a customer's behalf due to the company telling us to wait for hotel staff to come look at the room. We will never stay at this hotel again. My kids have allergies and even after letting the business know that the room had mold and mildew...i felt as though it wasn't a priority to remove the guest from a room that had these issues.
