Clean, good location to highway, friendly staff, great breakfast.

The shampoo dispenser was almost empty and when I removed the empty bottle, I found the bottle cradle was extremely filthy with what appeared to be black mold around the opening area of the dispenser.

Front desk staff was ridiculously rude, degrading and disrespectful. The floor in the room was filthy and the tub looked like it had never seen cleaner in its lifetime. The front desk staff member Mickey was incredibly rude when issues with the room were brought up and I was told all of the rooms are clean. She refused to give me a refund and argued with me intently over the definition of a refund as I was asking for my preauthorized payment to be refunded to my credit card. I’ve NEVER been so completely disrespected and treated so poorly in an establishment in my entire life. When I told her she was being quite rude she told me she was not rude and never received complaints before so I was wrong and refused to give me any information for her manager. My husband and I, along with our two very young children ended up stranded without a hotel because of her complete lack of any type of customer service or people skills. Thankfully the best western plus across the street was amazing and accommodating! If you’re thinking about staying here just don’t!! Go to the hotel across the street or really just ANYWHERE else. Would rate this hotel -10/10 if I could

Internet was sketchy all weekend...wouldn't allow login onto site, very slow. AC unit in our room was not working properly so the room was very warm. Maintenance knocked on our door on Saturday morning .... we checked in on Thursday. Elevator wasn't working the entire stay. Comfort of beds was subpar. Very brown, dated decor.

The large fridge is awesome. Love the kitchenette. So convenient.

Room was huge and clean

We were told at breakfast we should of made decaf in our room. That’s insane, what place doesn’t have decaf available for breakfast. We won’t be staying again. Having a hot tub! And decaf coffee at breakfast.

Everything was wonderful - the room design, nice kitchenette, bathroom was roomy, the breakfast was great and the bed was the best we've ever had in a hotel!

Breakfast was okay. Gym was clean. staff was excellent

The room it self could have used a cleaning. The chair arms were very dirty. The room i stayed in was 310 and the grease/dust on top of the fridge was quite bad. Plus the used bars of soap with hair on them inside the shower/tub. WIFI was spotty and intermittent.

there was lots of parking, easy to get to, breakfast was great, it was very quiet and comfortable.

the coffee at breakfast was terrible

I like the fact that we were on a quiet floor. I like the room size.

I informed the front about my membership but did not get a discount.
