Well maintained property and balcony views

Room had a great sized balcony. Well furnished room with two queen sized beds. Our room cleaners did a good job daily. Restroom was well stocked and clean. We ordered several extra towels daily and room service was always quick and courteous.

Everything went well during our trip. Hotel entrance does get busy and valet takes approx. 10 mins to retrieve your car. Not too bad if you plan it in to your daily outings.

The pool was beautiful. The view was amazing. We enjoyed the view from our room as well, but it was of the residents pools. But the hotel pool was much nicer. They had staff go around taking orders for food / drinks. The strawberry margarita was one of the best we have ever had, but $18 each was very pricey. They have large bottles of sunscreen & aloe to use as needed too. We ate lunch at Area 31 and my son & husband both said it was one of the best burgers they have ever had. It started raining so it cut our pool day a little short. The staff was great, very respectful and probably the best experience we have had with staff alone, who seemed to really care. Opening the doors for people coming and going, wishing them a good day. Very respectful. They even have a service that texts you to check in on you and to answer any questions you have.

The towels are very thin and small. The bathtub plug wouldn’t plug all the way, so the bathtub wasn’t able to be used because the water would continue to drain, so we could only use the shower. We got the room that had 2 “double beds,” so we assumed that meant queen sized beds, but nope. It was 2 full sized beds. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and my husband woke up each morning complaining of his back hurting. It was uncomfortable sharing a tiny bed together. The mini fridge is inside of the dresser and every time we opened that drawer, it was very hot in there from the mini fridge and it had an odd smell, seems like a fire hazard to me. Also, the mini fridge didn’t seem to have any cooling adjustments and didn’t cool our drinks very well. The room itself seemed much smaller than we expected and overall was disappointing. We will not be booking this hotel again for this reason alone, but again, staff and the pool were great! But our comfortability is more important to us.

Habitaciones limpias y con mucho espacio. Camas excelentes. Baño excelente. Valet para aparcar el coche.

El desayuno es a la carta, pero hay un Whole Foods muy cerca.

Ablagen waren verklebt, ewig nicht Gewischt ! Kissen auf dem Bett total versifft , wirklich offensichtlich schlecht geputzt und einfach Runtergekommen!

Grande chambre double avec 2 Queen size avec city view. Très grande salle de bain. Tout le Staff excellent. 2 très belles piscines 1 salle de sport très bien équipées. Très bonne situation

Localização

Quarto no mesmo nível que hotel de rede comum (ou pior). Nao vale a metade do que se cobra, mas ali se paga pela localização, nao pelo que o hotel deveria ser/oferecer. Até o café da manhã é nível geral, mesmo pagando, nada demais.
