Love the location and the room with a jacuzzi tub in it, after a long day it's wonderful for relaxing in.

the staff are great to deal with and very accommodating.

the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. pee on the side of the toilet. taps were filthy and toothpaste splattered on mirror. had to switch rooms three time and finally gave up on asking for a clean room.

staff was kind very clear happy supportive and genuine

the restaurant attached not associated too hotel but staff had a very ugly night shared w entire group of customers👎🏽 yelling unprofessional just straight ugly w each other. Our dinner for (6) came but 20 mins later w got our dinner plates too eat from. I served my elder father from egg roll dish. I placed complaint w fill in manager but went on denial of issues. A mother packed her food and child up too remove her child as witness such ugliness. poor poor situation not happy customer at all w restaurant. Hotel tho was plus 10 high thumbs up.

Easy breakfast, good enough.

No pool no exercise equipment no hot tub nothing

The room was a good size. Beds were clean. Check in went quickly and the front desk people were very nice. There was satisfactory parking. They did have a breakfast from 6 am to 9 am that was somewhat limited - toast, muffins, cereal, bananas, apples, coffee, juice, tea, yogurt. The facility was dated and needed repairs throughout but it looked like they might be working on it.

The refrigerator needed cleaning. The table top was sticky.

It was right off the highway so quite convenient. the Hotel was plain but it was clean and had probably been renovated not too long ago. the bedding and towels were clean. the room was a generous size with a bit of a sitting area with a couch and a couple chairs. there was a Chinese Food Restaurant in the building and the food was good so we didn’t have to go far to eat. there was a shopping Mall that was close enough to walk to if we had wanted. the Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Good to wifi and A/C, location was fine. Staff were friendly and allowed a 1 hour early check in.

Hot tub, pool, and gym amenities were all closed with no sign of re-opening. Breakfast was a meager attempt.

pool wasn’t open yet. kitchen only had dishes for 2, and were dirty coming out, no forks. walls needed cleaning in the rooms near the garbage, and around the table. it looked like spills that weren’t cleaned up.

The hotel had a very good Chinese restaurant attached to the ground floor.

Although the building was clean, it is showing it’s age and could use a renovation. The front desk was sometimes left unoccupied for over 15 minutes as the staff attended to matters in other parts of the building thereby making the check in process a bit difficult.

Location was OK

Hotels need some work to bring it standard. Our room door was open during check in. Breakfast area is small.

The staff greeted me very friendly

The bed wasn't good, I could feel the springs in my hips all night, very uncomfortable.
