The breakfast

The location of the breakfast was ok, but did think the quality was very low on bread products and extremely low-quality meat products. Dry and hard meats, one can tell its not good quality McDonalds is better quality. The coffee was decent but only skim milk? no options for anything other than skim milk or coffee mate.

Better meat products, choice of milk product added for coffee, and longer breakfast hours than 9:30, increase this to 10:30 would be better. This is a good hotel with friendly people and staff. it is a great place to stay.

room was nice, water pressure was good

front area is a nightmare, and breakfast is crowded as hell. whoever designed it was not thinking, the front desk can barely tell when you are there.

Location and room cleaning is very good. Breakfast is very nice.

Pool service was off. One of the reason to book with high price was to have a pool service. Also, staff is not that friendly.

the whole reason we booked the stay was for the pool and hot tub. the site did not tell us that the pool and hot tub were out of order. the elevator was out of hand sanitizer. the shower supplies had two conditioners and no shampoo.

Location was good. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The room set up was nice.

We stayed in the king spa suite. The jetted tub needs a DEEP clean or to be replaced. There was still film on the sides of the tub from previous use, and the jets have disgusting build up in and around that will only go away with a proper cleaning or replacement. Same with the shower unit. The floor of the shower was disgusting. It needs more than just a 2 minute surface clean, it needs heavy duty cleaner and deep scrubbing. Those are my only complaints, but cleanliness is serious. I wouldn’t book that specific room again. Especially not with the $200 price tag attached.
