Breakfast not ready in early am for hunters

The facility, staff and location was great.

The hotel's rate was cheaper, but I was stuck with the Booking rate.

Never stay in a holiday Inn again

Booking was messed up. Asked for some money back. They said it wasn't their problem. I should call Booking.com

Breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean. When we first got there the front desk lady was rude and was on a personal call and I waiting until she was done. She seemed to assume something about the person I was with and did not like us. We were polite to her did not say anything but found her very cold and judgmental. Other than that all the other staff was great.
