Nos limpiaron la habitación. Aunque dejamos las camar echar.las organizaron mejor y de dieron un toque extra..

Que se me perdió mi toalla la cual era un recuerdo de australia y apesar que por error se la llevo el servicio de limpieza no tuvimos respuesta para que la devolvieran. Quedaron de llamar y nada. Y el gym esta muy sucio .creo que no lo limpian bien en meses.

Our family was going to Sea World, this was an excellent location -very close to the park. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with many food options/drinks.

Breakfast was so busy didn’t get a chance to enjoy it, but mostly my fault cause didn’t get up early enough before we had to leave for our day plans. Pool not huge but was big enough.

Something was leaking and made the floors all.wet. it smelled really bad. Every day pet is ridiculous because they didn't even come in our room. Paying to park is stupid if I am already paying to stay in your hotel. The difference taxes does not make any sense. It's like you are lying. It's 200 a night but then you add in all the extra taxes and fees and it's more like 260. Should.just say that up.front.

Localização - muito perto do seaworld. Quarto espaçoso. Estacionamento amplo. Cozinha completa - lava louça, microondas, geladeira grande. Deram o estacionamento de cortesia - em tese é cobrado, mas não fiscalização alguma.

Café da manha repetitivo. Limpeza mais ou menos, banheiros limpos, quarto carpete. Roupa de cama não é trocada durante a estadia, a não ser que esteja visivelmente suja (trocaram uma vez no décimo dia, pq as crianças sujaram de chocolate). Cama pequena.

Great Location, Room was big enough and clean. The heated pool is great. The staff is friendly and overall a great experience.

I tried to extend my stay one night via phone beforehand. Talked to a robot for 15 min. When finally got a person they informed me that since i booked via booking.com i would have to do it through them. booking said they cant reach anyone at the property ( this is a huge hotel) and they’d try and get back to me. Never did. Also sofa bed very uncomfortable.

No nos hicieron limpieza del departamento en los 6 días que estuvimos. Tuvimos que hacer nuestras camas TODOS los días, apenas cambian toallas y siempre nos faltaban, porque dejaban 3 o 2, en circunstancias que éramos 4 pasajeros registrados. Además, al salir nos cobraron 108 USD por el estacionamiento, los que no anuncian con anticipación ni están incluidos en el precio que te cobran por día, sin mencionar que no existe otra alternativa de estacionamiento, por lo que si vas en auto, básicamente estás obligado a pagarlos.

Front desk staff was rude and cleaning rooms was worst because they never come to clean the room even after room cleaning request. They don’t have towels for shower first day in the room was good but after completing 0 cleaning wise. When I called receptionist for room cleaning not a good answer

Muy descuidado el lugar, los elevadores muy largo del lobby y un caos el desayuno había demasiada gente en el hotel y no pudimos desayunar en el hotel todos los días, la comida escasa y fea

Café da manhã péssimo . Produtos acabam . Filas intermináveis . Não conseguem atender a todos os hóspedes . Foi minha segunda e última vez . Como já tinha feito a reserva , voltei , mas foi a última . Não recomendo a ninguém este hotel

Right off the gate, the front desk staff was very welcoming and delightful..Hotel is right in the middle all the attactions..Our room was amazing..Beds are very comfy..Very clean and quiet..Facilities were str8.Our new go to hotel for the near future..Very pleased!!..
