Great location

Confusing signage. Lobby is located inconveniently and is not very attractive. Parking garage was small and dimly lit. It had a lot of cement pillars and the walls were all scuffed indicative of the tight curves.

The location is great and convenient to walk to everything you need. The parking was great as well especially for guests to visit us.

We started off rocky at checkin but the staff did redeem themselves and the fact you can text the office for more towels, toiletries, ice, etc was great!

En primer lugar nunca nos dejaron estacionar el el hotel, lo teníamos que hacer en frente del hotel habiendo lugares vacíos en el estacionamiento y nunca nos dijeron el motivo. Por suerte siempre hubo lugar. Pero hay que tener en cuenta que no se puede estacionar en cualquier lado. De las multas no safas No había toallas en la habitación las tuvimos que ir a buscar nosotros las tarjetas de entrada a la habitación no funcionaban tuvimos que ir a hacerlas de nuevo y tampoco funcionaban La verdad no lo recomiendo no la pasamos bien

I loved the location. Parking was good. Room was cute.

The mini frig made banging noise every now and then. The carpet felt wet and made my feet filthy. The window had no blinds and there was too much light for me to sleep well.

The front desk staff were welcoming and nice when we arrived but that changed after we brought up the issues with the room.

We arrived 12/2/2023 Our room is awful, it had a terrible smell, there was food in the couch cushions, our socks were brown after walking on the floor for a short time, the floors were sticky. There was visible hair on one of the beds, the light switches on the walls did not work, which meant you had to walk in the dark to the lamp in the bedrooms. Our fridge was leaking all over the floor, I called the front desk, they sent someone up who looked at it and said they couldn't fix it because a part needed to be ordered. We were offered a different room which did not have enough beds to meet the needs of my family. I had to scramble to find a place for us to go. We were at the hotel for less than 2 hours total. I called booking who said they called Harborside but management was off until the next day. Booking said they needed the confirmation from the hotel about the refund and reported they gave management until the next morning to do so. I am writing this 6 days later and I just received an email from booking saying that Harborside will only refund 601.00 out of the almost 860.00 we paid. I am disputing this. I will update this review page when I get an answer.

Location was great!

Location was nice.

Parking is an issue. Noisy people were drunk arguing for two days, we couldn't help but hear it all as it was a joining room. Room was a little dated.

That it was close to the beach and fun waterpark. And very friendly and accommodating front desk employees.

When check in one of our rooms the door was closed from the inside, had to go back to the front desk to ask for maintenance. And no cold water running in the bathroom. Had to use the hot water since when you turn on the cold side it makes the loud and shaking sound.

The location was amazing. Restaurants and shops within walking distance on every corner, didnt have to drive anywhere, and a 4 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The air conditioning in the room worked very well. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were very firm.

The only things I didnt like was how the elevators were really slow and extremely hot I literally couldnt breath inside of it, the pillows were very firm and the bath towels were very rough almost reminded me of sand paper.

No breakfast

No hot water in the shower. People had dogs there and it says no pets. I should have brought my dog.

Pros: Nice pools, located in a central area making it easy to get to restaurants and beach.

Cons: The A/C was not working, they sent someone to fix it, but it was never fixed. We made the front desk staff aware, and they offer us a fan as there were no other available rooms for us to transfer to. The rooms need some upgrades, they look worn out, you are really paying for the area and pools which were nice but other than that the room was not.

Great location for walking around and site seeing, bonus is the water park behind the hotel.. no room service or house keeping daily but that’s fine. They give u a number to text for fresh towels borrowing a vaccum etc..

The staff was very friendly and very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed the lazy river and the onsite restaurant and live music. We really were steps from a beautiful beach and many other restaurants.

As guests, we were supposed to put our garbage in a big bin outside in the hall. The bin could have been emptied a little more often.

We loved the water park and also the proximitiy to the beach and restaurants.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. They were very eager to fulfill your every request. The building is beautiful from the outside with a perfect location in Indian Rocks Beach and the Inland Waterway. The waterpark and pool were fun, clean and well supervised. Perfect location with children.

We stayed at the New Hotel Collection Harbourside for two weeks. After one week we requested new sheets and towels. Bed was made with pillowcases that did not fit. Housekeeping staff came to our room for our request but never vacuumed the carpet, cleaned the sink, bathroom floor, toilet or shower. No additional toiletries were left in the room. There were no hangers in the room when we arrived. I did request hangers when I saw the housekeeping staff shortly after we arrived. We had to purchase hangers the next day. The tub in the bathroom was high and there was no handrail to hold. The tub's surface was also very slippery. Bed was uncomfortable, no where to sit except an uncomfortable chair, no bureau space, TV did not work many nights, sink clogged and water drained slowly. Door to adjoining room was opened by people renting the unit. No security (safe) to put your valuables, not alarm or radio.

Nice area. East access to the beach

way over priced plus you also are charged a resort fee of 30 a day and also have to pay daily to use the pool(15) per person. No fresh bath towels or toilet paper replenishing which is what a resort fee is for. Coffee maker was full of old water with stuff floating in it. carpet was sticky so we had to wear shoes in the room. If you want this location pick the holiday inn you can still access they water park and the rooms are nicer. Basically was just a sleep and shower spot. Room needs TLC. Been coming to this area for many years and the maintenance is really lacking.
