This is a great trip and I truly appreciated the generosity of the gentleman that checked us out in the am! He saw that I was struggling a little and helped me out and got me a cup of hot coffee!

The lobby & elevator carpet is so dirty it’s disgusting to enter everyday & to exit everyday!!!

My card was charged twice for the same reservation. Front desk was not helpful and did not assist in resolving this issue upon calling them.

Our room was a suite and it was exceptional for the two of us. The wedding we attended was close by and the reception before was here so the location was perfect.

There was no safe in our room and we were on a long vacation with a lot of expensive stuff. Staff could not get the safe in the office to work for us.

The room is spacious, situated within an aged structure offering modest amenities. If you desire room service, it's necessary to make a request prior to 9 am; otherwise, it isn't provided automatically, which can be perceived as unconventional. A café/shop is present in the lobby where breakfast orders are placed, often leading to queues during the morning rush. Moreover, ample free parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the hotel.

Location. Guy at reception desk at check-in was very friendly.

Room was very humid. Didn’t matter which temperature we set on the thermostat. Bedsheet were too big for mattress and bathroom needs some new grout. Lady at check-out couldn’t care less that I was there returning the key cards.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Location was convenient to the conference I was attending.

Very nice staff... especially the young man who works the coffee shop in the morning. He was lovely. The facility is really clean. Comfy.

When I arrived I asked about Uber eats and how they handle that. I was told delivery people are allowed to bring food directly to the room! I was very dismayed to hear that anyone other than staff and guests are allowed up into the hotel floors. Safety at a facility is a large part of where I choose to stay. This was a red flag for me.
