The property itself was very close to shopping, restaurants, local train station and close to tourist attractions. Staff are very professional and answered. Any questions that needed answered. Oh and the beds, the beds are amazingly comfortable

As a solo traveller could not find a fault with the property

AC fan was working poorly. Shower fixture in my room was loose and coming off (room 3406). The locks were not working at all.

The remodel rooms are poorly remodeled.

Nice to have a safe in the room, refrigerator and free water. Liked the sofa also. We booked the hop on and hop off trolley through the hotel and that was convenient.

The breakfast was great for the weekend buffet but the regular breakfast food was terrible (taste) and expensive:(

Wasn’t too thrilled with the beds, but that could be a personal preference. We didn’t like the 30 USD spending scheme added to the bill.

The checkin experience in this hotel was so awful. Wait almost one hour after 4pm to get the room, even though we had stayed in the same hotel for 2 days before moving to a suite. The staff at the front desk seem very cold to the guests. I won't choose the hotel again.

Location is good

Outdated, all facilities do not correspond to Westin brand or the pictures presented. Booking.com do not have good relationship with this hotel. Booking could not be confirmed, kids were not included in the breakfast etc. many issues.

The location was fantastic for everything in the back Bay Area. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. We were there for the 4th of July fireworks and it was very convenient

Everything was clean. The friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to all of our visited spots.

I booked a larger size Queen room. It was wonderfully furnished with an L-shaped sofa and windows on two sides, overlooking the Back Bay and Charles River. Shower was good with plenty of hot water -- no "Chinese water torture" here. Despite the hotel hosting two conferences, the hallways were quiet and I couldn't hear the traffic outside. The hotel also has a direct tunnel connection to the Copley Square Mall and Marriott Boston Copley Plaza hotel so plenty of opportunities for shopping and choice of restaurants.

I wish that the room had a proper bureau as I ended up having to store my clothing in the nightstand drawers. The floor was also engineered hardwood with no carpet -- steps echoed and I'm sure if there was a person below me, they would have heard them. I heard the ones above me.

The hotel, while in a good location has no charm whatsoever.

The room decor is lacking in every way. This is not much better than a Holiday Inn but costs 3 times as much.

very centrally located, particularly if you want to be close to back bay shopping + promenade + parks

it’s a mega hotel. very busy. I know it’s a holiday weekend, so maybe that’s why? also, only valet parking which is $70… pretty steep

The hotel is fabulous. Our rooms were warm. Although we were given a fan, it still did not reach the maximum level of comfort I would have expected for a high quality hotel. Overall, everything was great except the temperature of the room. All the amenities of the hotel was great!

I checked in on Wed and asked if they had a room for Thur since I had called originally and they said yes for $588. When I arrived the front desk person was rude said they were sold out. I said I just went on line and I can get a room and she said she would talk to a manager and rudely took next person in line. I ended up getting a room for $900 on line booking.com.

Location and rooms were very nice

Charged a resort fee. A downtown hotel should not be charging a resort fee. Just add it to my room rate and stop lowering your advertised rates to then screw guests when the get to the front desk.

Location and indoor shopping

No slipper in room, room was not very clean and safe box was locked!

The location is optimal. No need to go outside to catch the T, since there’s a station right in Copley Place. There’s a parking garage 2 minutes away and it’s about a 15 min walk to Fenway park.

Wish the rooms were bigger.

The breakfast was the standout; it was the best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel. Also good were the facilities, the overall cleanliness, valet parking, wait time for elevators and efficiency and attentiveness of the staff.

The room was average. The bed made noise. The shower was neither powerful nor abundant.
