Overall, everything was pleasant. Great location in a quiet area.

the refrigerator was very loud, which disturbed our sleep at night, and it eventually broke down, causing the food we bought for our stay to spoil. I think this is a solvable issue for the hotel, and I would gladly return.

The location of the inn, the size of the room, the size of the hotel (small = quiet), the selection for continental breakfast was much better than any I've ever had in a hotel and Jordan was friendly.

Every single piece of furniture was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever sat on. The loveseat in our room (101) was terrible - too short to stretch out, too straight to lean against the back or side, too tall to rest your arm or your head. The side chair was no better. The "coffee table" was awkward and intrusive. And have you ever sat up in that bed to watch tv? You get a SQUARE METAL BAR across your lumbar! The mattress was fine, but the pillows were sub-par and there weren't enough blankets. It doesn't matter how aesthetically pleasing a room is if it's horrendously uncomfortable. You really should go try to enjoy that room as if you were a guest. Also, the television should be better ... displayed? or at least hidden in a cabinet because that mess of cables underneath is on par with a frat house.
