Location, staff, and service suited our needs perfectly 😊 We enjoyed the wine and cheese gathering in the late afternoon particularly. The rooms were very charming, too.

The entry into the car park aa it scraped the bottom of the car on entry and exit.

Good breakfast. Nice room. Fun toiletries in eco packages. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice outdoor space.

The need to pay for parking. A kettle in the room (instead of a coffee maker) would be nice.

The room was great and the King bed was very comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome. They even had a welcome sign with your pets name on it in the main lobby with treats and doggie litter bags. We needed mobility accommodations and the hotel provided a shower bench. They also located us on the 1st floor close to the elevator which takes you right to the parking garage. The breakfast was delicious. They say it is a continental breakfast but they offer waffles, sausage, and omelets.

The bed was high off of the ground making it difficult for someone with a mobile disability to get in bed. Luckily I had a step stool in my car my mom could use to get up on the bed.

Wine and cheese at night. Nice room. Close to canary row.

I thought I would have more of a view of the ocean.

No AC! Very disappointing and not comfortable! They suggested leaving the door open for the fresh air! Did not feel comfortable about laying naked with door and curtains open!

motel versus an inn and decor is faded

The location was great. Pretty close to Mcabbe Beach, Cannery row and the Aquarium but you will be walking alot.😫 Everything else is within a quick drive. Breakfast was just ok 👍 I prefer just regular eggs and they try too much glam.This hotel is welcoming to your fur babies and it is just awesome!

The way to get out of the hotel is hard on car and the legs. Sadly there is no pool or hot tub.

Great location close to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row

Room amenities need improvement: safe didn't work and had to ask concierge to fix this, twice; coffee maker didn't heat hot water for tea (room service promptly supplied a different type of coffee maker that made hot water); room temperature was really cold first night, boiling hot the second night (we finally figured out how to adjust the thermostat); asked concierge to supply a blanket (promptly delivered to our room); first morning was really busy, breakfast service a little slow; parking structure pretty cramped (drive a small car or sub compact, please); our room classed as a "Deluxe Handicap Room" (could handle a wheelchair to the bathroom but no roll in shower stall (bathtub); fireplace easy to use (select a time duration and hit the button).

The staff was helpful and friendly. It is a great location to just walk to Cannery Row. This was our second time staying here and we plan on going back in Feb and May of next year.

The only thing we did not like was we had to pay to park in the underground parking garage.

it is so close to the beach and all the fun of Cannery Row!! WE LOVED IT!
