very small room

Can’t beat the location!!

Rooms need updating, but I’m sure that would drive up the price.

It needs new carpet badly, also rooms are all white an a little blaw

parking and pillows car show week prices doubled for same room all over town would have preferred room with out anything obstructing view for that price.

Liked attitude of help at counter, helpful and friendly! Liked cleaner interiors Including bathroom Oder not bad TV quality was fair Furnishings good Bed comfortable This could be a nice place, capital needs to be invested for first impressions appeal. Why not stay booked most of the year with the extra quality effort?

Expectations were much higher. Web site makes it look 5 star. Buyers remorse immediately when entering lobby and seeing exterior premises. Dirty candy machine out side and upfront? Dead fountain Poor paint on exterior, stairs and walkways Elevator dirty as were windows Lobby was dirty feeling Partial exterior paint looks poor. This could be a nice place, and the beautiful area really demands it. You could float this building down into downtown Oakland and be right at home….not good Take pride in basic exterior upkeep and cleaning. Sweep, wash, clean! Sorry to sound hard, as a business owner these are very basic observations. The area is excellent, you should attempt to raise your standard. I won’t return based on my experience. I’m certain these impressions are chipping away at your long term success. Sincerely intending to help.

2 star quality room. tiny bathroom, underground parking was very tight

It was a great location.

Room not ready for checking in a timely matter. parking was a problem. It is not handicap friendly, ramp to enter elevator in basement is dangerous for those with limited mobility. Hard to get in and out of parking s in parking garage. Very noisy.

Location right across the beach was beautiful. Lots of places to eat close by as well.

We love this place have been here like 6 times this might be our last since we are moving away we love the rooms the location and the staff always polite always accommodating the location is beautiful the beds are so comfortable hard to get out off lol we are really gonna miss coming here.

Location was amazing!! Staff was wonderful.

Outside is run down, old rooms, loud guests that fought most of the evening.

The room was clean the do was good and there were absolutely no bed bugs
