Beautiful and comfortable

Property was clean, staff was exceptional and accommodating in every way. Loved the Gatsby theme.

Double queen room. Large, well appointed bathroom. Comfortable beds. Follow up contact from an employee of the Dagny named Edina was a nice touch. The valet parking attendant was also kind and efficient.

The miscellaneous charges and taxes made the price point for a one night, weekday stay a bit pricey.

La ubicación muy buena, en el distrito financiero, cerca de varios sitios de interés a los que se puede llegar caminando Hay lugares para hacer compras no muy lejos y también para comer. La habitación comodísima, amplia, muy limpia, un buen baño, mucho silencio y buena cama bien confortable, con sábanas impecables. En el cuarto también había una pequeña heladera para guardar bebidas o algo más, y una cafetera tipo Nespreso con reposición de cartuchos todos los días. El personal de servicio también un lujo, igual que el de la recepción.

Dos cosas que podrían mejorar el servicio : sería bueno contar con una pava eléctrica en el cuarto, y si en algún momento pudieran ofrecer servicio de desayuno, el hotel sería completo en un 100%.

Me cobraron 300 dólares de fianza y no me lo dijeron. Me entero cuando me salta el mensaje de mi banco. Ni siquiera me dieron un recibo. Tuve que pedirlo.

This hotel has a pretty and lovely design. Very patient and pleasant staff. The location is really great! And definitely recommend you to visit their coffee shop!

They charged me 75$ extra. I called them same day, when I checked out and the man on the phone told that I will get a refund within 25 days, but I didn’t get it and I couldn’t reach a person, who could take care of it(

I asked for an extra blanket also an ironing board. My stay was three nights and despite requesting again and again I never got either. The first night I was given a room with inoperable heat system and needed to change rooms. I absolutely resent that bottles of water was only given the first night.

Parking with Valet service is very expensive. 62$ for a day from 4 pm till 4 pm. It appeared that if you would park on the street and use an app for parking you would pay for additional hours and the app will notify you and from 8pm till 8 am it is free. If get it well organized and monitored with app saving could have been made on parking.

Very nice hotel right in the Financial District and close to the nearby attractions, as well as two-minute walk to the Harbor/Aquarium. The staff was very helpful, addressing the needs right away. Clean rooms, it was great that you could open the windows a little bit and also you had blackout curtains, great for sleeping. We stayed at the 11th floor, had a superior double bed room. The cafe in the lobby had excellent coffee and good breakfast selection. The bathroom had excellent hot water pressure, great towels and also bathrobes.

1. The connecting door between rooms had a gap to the floor, so you could hear everything from the next-door neighbors. I had to put towels and pillows to try to block the sounds of the young kids as they were up very early in the morning. Couldn't sleep well because of that. 2. I wish the hotel management would give a voucher or something to the tourists staying more that 1-2 nights, to help with the breakfast costs (as it was not included and the costs were high). 3. I would suggest to the hotel management to reconsider putting back the microwaves in the rooms. There was a fridge and a coffee machine, the coffee machine was very hard to handle, being in the sliding drawer and hard to add the water in, as the short cable wouldn't allow it to slide to the front. 4. More hooks in the bathroom would be welcome.

The location was great! The valet was a nice convenience and the people working this were great.

We had to call every day for housekeeping to come, otherwise when we didn’t call, no one ever came to empty the garbage or to bring new towels.

Despite several phone calls, voicemail messages, and messages via the Booking app, to this date I was not able to get a receipt for my stay. No one I spoke to was able to help me and no one in the accounting department has answered my messages. It is really frustrating a guest should spend so much time and effort to get such a simple request fulfilled. I travel to Boston for business on a regular basis and I was never treated with such disregard in any other hotel. I will definitely look for alternative accommodation next time.

This has always been one of our favorite hotels in Boston. You can't beat the location! Within walking distance to the North End, Faneuil Hall, Boston Common and the Theater District.

I'm not a fan of the increased charges the hotel has added since becoming The Dagny, such as the increased parking fee of $62/night and a $75 early check in fee if you arrive before 3pm. Usually if you arrive at noon, and there's a room available, most hotels will allow you to check in without an add'l fee, or let you check in and pick up the key to the room once it's ready. Parking should be no more than $40/night for any city. Hotels seem to be taking advantage of the "add on - nickel and dime model" common in the airline industry. This is a huge turn off for a routine traveler.

The property was clean and quiet. Nice cafe for breakfast. Convenient location.

The blinds did not work in one of the rooms we rented.
