The person who checked us in was wonderful. We had the same person the next morning who checked us in check us out and she was very friendly and professional.

the person on the night shift needs to change her attitude. We called to ask for an extra pillow and she complained that she would have to go upstairs to find one. Then came and knocked on the door to tell us she couldn't find one and would need to look for an empty room if we really wanted her to. Her tone made me believe she was not happy that we asked her for one thing that night. The hot tub was way to hot! There were also no towels by the pool. We didn't get a chance to have breakfast because there were other guests sitting in the breakfast area and they just hung out there the entire morning so there was no where to sit.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It was lumpy and uneven. The kids running around upstairs late at night were very noisy.

Great location and hotel was clean!

Starting to show its age.

Bedroom was comfortable and for once the room doors didn't slam when people left them to close! Breakfast was good, but could have done with some yoghurts. Close to lots of shops and eateries.

No lounge of any description to sit in and only one lift which was pretty busy. I also couldn't find the hotel with the GPS so had to call the hotel! I didn't like the fact that they hold my credit card details, not just taking the cost of my room.

The room was very nice and clean.

Really disappointing that I wanted to pay in cash and was told that they would not accept my $100 bills. Which I find outrageous and cash is a valid form of currency. And my room was $170 so it was not a lot of change to have to break. Our friends staying in another room also had a small snack provided to them when they checked into our room and we did not.

Room fit my needs

I found the room a bit too hot at night.

Everything was good the room ,bed was comfortable and each morning there was a good variety of food.

The only thing if I was gone say was not the greatest was the wifi there was a lot of buffering and some things just didn’t open

Rude front desk agent, no housekeeping for our 9 night stay, not getting the room I reserved 2 months prior, dog poop and cigarette butts everywhere outside

bed needs new mattress sunk into middle edge very hard room 318 … numerous sport teams staying at hotel i feel that should be disclosed when booking online or in person as the noise and people running up and down hallways was awful and we’re in adjoining room and could hear every single word from other room for hours..we could not utilize the free breakfast as way to many people not enough seating so if you minus the cost of 2 breakfasts for two people and the noise the price of the room was way to high.

a little bit older, but super clean. staff was friendly and the building was easy to find - perfect location! right in the shopping centre!
