No store for shopping. No shuttle to and from airport. We had to call a few times for the same requests we made by phone for service. Housekeeping was too loud laughing talking in hallways. No visible security.

Things we liked: - a king-sized bed that was reasonably comfy - the cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly - the coy pond was fun - breakfast options were varied and there are other dining options close by - our kids enjoyed using the pool

Thing we didn't adore: - At check in, the front desk guy implied that some system error - showing we'd booked 2 rooms instead of 1 on his screen - (though every confirmation message I received verified just the one) made it sound like he was doing me a favor cancelling the second. That was...off putting. So was his interaction with me after confirming we're not "Hilton Honors" members. Word to the wise, if you actually *want* people to join, maybe treat them well? - Room 1112 wasn't amazing for the price (maybe this was the down grade for not being members?). It felt dingy and dark and bizarrely noisy with the climate control system. Don't know if this room was exemplary of Embassy Suites in general, but the bathroom felt a bit grimy (also dark) and looked like the grout could use a good once over. So, acceptable enough, I guess (not what I thought an Embassy Suites would be), but not anything close to cozy and definitely miles away from amazing.

Sewer backed up, no parking had to pay for a parking garage {$40 a day}, no elevator in parking garage. Staff tried to accommodate. Had sewage on our carpet and soaking into other rooms .Had to cleanup in lobby bathroom.

Paying for parking for a 3 star hotel seems a bit much.

Sofa bed was really bad you could feel the coils could not sleep on it just was disappointed with that have always stayed and sofa bed was never this bad!

The parking layout was terrible and very costly. Not disabled friendly. Lots of noise from bar below to bedrooms above.

Loved that there was pool access until midnight and the kids were able to go for night swims. The breakfast was amazing and exceeded my expectations of variety and freshness. Friendly customer service. AWESOME koi pond structures within the hotel. The kids loved the stay there and want to go back.

There was disorganization when I checked in that trickled throughout the stay, unsure if it was ultimately ever resolved. Mind the fact that I'm a mom traveling with 3 kids under 10 (3, 6, 9) and all their bags, went up to the fifth floor, keyed in, only to find the door was locked from the inside and there was a DO NOT DISTURB sign. I tried calling front desk and the automated system went round and round. During that time a gentlemen came out of the room, to which I apologized for the entry attempt because we were assigned that room. The kids and I went back down to the lobby, again with all our bags, and the front desk had no idea why that room was checked out. I was then assigned to a room on the 12th floor so we hauled back up again. I then had issues checking out of the parking structure, or checking in where the new room key did not grant access in/out of the structure. It was quite inconvenient reversing back out of the exit with 3 cars behind you to call the front desk and ask what is going on??? Staff couldn't initially pull up my name under my revised room number... come to find out there was another check in with the same last name that sent things into a mix-up. He said he'd include my parking as complimentary for my stay, not sure if that ever pulled thru at the end, but I at least appreciated the corrective offer.

Breakfast was good. Staff was great and kept everything clean.

I wish there was housekeeping at least every couple of days. The room was pretty messy after 4 nights with no cleaning.
