Friendly front desk staff who always helped immediately whenever we needed supplies. Breakfast offered a good selection and coffee was always nice and hot. Public areas were always clean. Pool was nice!

When I booked the room on booking.com it was not clear that the parking will cost $26/day. It is not special parking structure and it is not safe, just usual parking around the building. I think it is very expensive. The breakfast was not so good and the breakfast room was not big enough to accommodate all guests, on Sunday we could not find the place to seat an took our food to the room. I didn't like the room design: the bathroom and toilet rooms are just opposite the bed.

Wonderful, organized breakfast choices, but no bacon or waffles. Otherwise, wonderful selections.

Eating area was open to the lobby, but pleasant enough.

Amazing and caring staff. We stayed for my father’s funeral and felt so comfortable. Greatest experience we’ve had.

Better breakfast

Breakfast was good, very popular. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were spotless and well kept, room was nicely organized and roomy with king bed, separate toilet and shower room, which was great, nice desk area, sofa seating, little kitchenette. We slept really well while there. Very nice experience and definitely would go again when in the Mission Valley area. Starbucks-adjacent, near everything you need.

Our bathroom sink kept overflowing (even when we did not use it), randomly started extracting water from both sinkholes. This only happened to one of our rooms out of two rooms, the other room was perfectly fine.

Breakfast was fine. Hotel had good indoor security. Room key or call button for staff were required to enter hotel. There were a couple homeless men on the property next door but none on the hotel property.

In room menu for local delivery was outdated, the business is closed. Otherwise zero complaints.

Location was pretty close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds were not that comfortable. Breakfast included time frame ends a bit early.

No replacement of towels, should've been done everyday without guests asking for them. Shower bathroom door was hard to slide freely, the WIFI was slow when connecting to Netflix, and sink water doesn't flow freely.

HORRIBLE!!!!! They charge $25 PER NIGHT for parking!!!!!! AND THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT IT!!! I was NEVER told that I would have to pay $25 per night for parking or I would have found another hotel to stay at! This is ridiculous!!!! Especially when you have a handicap plaque. I was NEVER told this when I checked in NOR was I told this when I booked online!!!! NO NEED TO UP CHARGE CUSTOMERS!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

Front desk Staff was friendly and overall presence of hotel was welcoming. Happy was very informative and informed us during check-in of the lack of water issue in the hotel. Great customer Service.

No water in hotel for2 hours after we checked in. Had to go out to local eatery establishment to use restroom and spend time away from hotel while water issue gets resolved. Also, sat breakfast was to start at 7am but did not start until 7:10. We came downstairs promptly at 7am because we had to leave hotel by 7:15 to make an appt in the city. Therefore we only had 5 mins to eat breakfast. Disappointing.
