Accommodation's was excellent. The kitchen area made it really nice and enjoyed having the 2 rooms.

Can't say that I found anything that I didn't like. Very enjoyable experience.

The room was great. Comfortable and clean.

There are people staying there that work at the hotel painting. Their room was beside and across from us. Until after midnight they were very loud. Yelling and laughing loudly from room to room with their doors open, yelling and running in the hallway, yelling in their rooms. Banging things in their room. Breakfast was cold and when we asked for utensils we were tossed a plastic fork. Even though the room was nice it was not a good stay because of this. The front desk staff were amazing! They were informative and helpful.

Clean and spacious. Great when there is mixed adults to have separate space within the room. Walk in shower for people with knee disabilities.

Breakfast was weak. But worse , a convention of people caused them to completely run out of coffee and most food. We wasn’t apart of that convention… we suffered that consequence. Had to go find coffee and food at a restaurant. Inconvenient. 

we called ahead to change the name of the reservation so our friends/guests could stay there. They took the message but when our guests arrived they wouldn’t let them take the room. we paid in advance for the room $350 but no one stayed there. can we get our money back?

Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot but not overcooked even at 8-8:30 am. It seemed like the size of the TV was larger on this visit than my previous stay.

My room was close to the elevator, so I could constantly hear the doors opening and closing when I was in the suite. Unfortunately, the room next to me had younger family members who keep going in and out of the room, but did not have keys, so they were constantly in the corridor banging on the door to be let in, even for durations of up to 5-10 minutes before the folks inside would let them back into the room. I realize this is out of the property's control and just the luck of the draw. The doors to the rooms slam shut and make a significant amount of noise. (Not ticked, just giving constructive criticism since you asked!)

Great place and location. I was disappointed as I requested a first floor and received a fourth floor. I do not like elevators and this was very upsetting to me.

the pool and hot tub where always closed and that is why we chose the facility for our kids

I was at a conference at IU and this hotel worked very well for my purpose. It was a few miles away from the campus. It was better this way as we were away from the noice of the weekend crowd at and around campus. The hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff.

I just wish there was a coffee available for us--we had to drive through nearby Starbucks and for 8am conference, it was a bit tight. However, we did love this hotel and we will come back!

Breakfast was wonderful and our check in person Emma was awesome she went above and beyond and truly started our stay off to a great start plus she did a courtesy call to see if we needed anything and if the room was to our satisfaction

Wished the jets were working on the hot tub and temperature for the pool could of been warmer

Room was super clean and nice. The pillows and bed were really comfortable. Breakfast was okay..it wasn't very warm. Coffee and the omelet were good.

Water tasted yucky. It tasted like dirt or mold. The pool and tub were out of commission for our trip and that wasn't disclosed, so make sure before you purchase.

my husband complained to me about the tv, he would have liked a smart tv, to log into our Netflix etc, we aren’t used to basic cable. besides that all was good.

the room itself was nice. The bed was comfy. The breakfast wasn't bad.

well the double booked our room so after midnight we had other people walk into our rooms. My daughters were stuck in the elevator for about 20mins. Then someone else got stuck and they had to call the fire department. We left the event we were there for early to come back and swim but couldn't because a dog had defecated in the pool and the hot tub. So none of us could swim. I would have thought that would have been taken care immediately.

Didn't eat sleep last.
