The facility was very charming and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fantastic!

The great experience started with Linda (?) at check in, who made me feel so welcome and showed me around the property, including the amazing photos with the history of the inn and the original family behind it. My room was charming and spacious and the original bathroom was very cool. Be sure to check out the floors and ceilings, as they are impressive. But more importantly, I was made to feel at home and very welcome. Best b and b in town. I'll be back!

The location is great. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space.
The sink never produced hot water and the shower only had warm water for about 5 minutes. No hot water is a deal breaker for me. My friend in the room across the hall did not have hot water either.

Great location and our room was so cozy
The water in the our shower was like warm at best. It was uncomfortable taking a shower.

The Showers Inn is central to IU and downtown, walking distance to most everything. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with plenty of space. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are great. The chef and wait staff are friendly, helpful, and really good at what they do. The menu offers gourmet options, and if you prefer something simple, that's fine too. Prices for midweek stays are very very reasonable.

Room location (111) was very noisy both nights I was there, 3:00 a.m., Friday night/Saturday morning, and 1:30 a.m., Saturday night/Sunday morning. Room 111 in Composer's House looks out over a "party house."

Place has been kept in very good condition. Loved the house, the decor, and everything was nicely kept and clean. Love that they give you toiletries and nice white towels.

From check in to breakfast the following morning was amazing. Immaculate property and room. the room was large. The bed was very comfortable. I had to show up early for breakfast and they were expecting me. Breakfast was a lovely send off. My son goes to IU and I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful place run by wonderful people. I was welcomed very warmly and was given various suggestions regarding dining and shopping around. The hotel has a nice private parking. In the room I found everything I needed.
