We liked everything. It was our second time staying and we just can’t get enough. I know there are hundreds of other hotels to choose from in Fort Lauderdale but I doubt I will ever stay somewhere else.

I came back up to our room from the beach midday our 4th day there and the door to our room was ajar. I assume the cleaning ladies accidentally left it open. I quickly looked over our things and nothing was missing. I alerted the front desk staff on my way back to the beach.

I loved our room and the ocean view we had. The amenities was excellent. The pictures are exactly what the rooms look like. We had the top floor it was great! We will definitely be back!

Check in was terrible. I understand the 400pm check in , but people come from all over the world and have been up all hours and willing to pay for a half day extra to get in a room to sleep and rest. I waited 4 hours for just a room and willing to pay. But had to remain in lobby and watch others check in.

Que la primer noche nos dieron una habitación de menor categoría aludiendo que no había más de la categoría que ya teníamos reserva confirmada por booking. Tras reclamo al otro día nos cambiaron a la habitación que realmente correspondía. Muy desgastante

La ubicación e instalaciones del hotel

El depto no tenía ningún tipo de vajilla, ni un tenedor. Ni un plato, ni pava para hacer un té. Sólo la máquina de café y el café y dos tazas, de distinto tamaño...... La heladera llena de hielo! Tardaron un día en traer una nueva. No reponían toallas, etc. Todo había que pedirlo. La limpieza muy pobre y un día no la hicieron hsta que regresamos a las 18 hs.! Y eso porque la pedimos. Así no se maneja un hotel 4 estrellas. Dudo de volver. Es la 4ta. vez que me alojo en el hotel con mi esposa. 2 pasajeros y un sólo soporte para poner la maleta, la otra en el piso, y también los carry on. 4 estrellas ......mmm, no.

Room, Beach, Pool, and Restaurant were all great.

We only had our room cleaned once during our stay in spite of requesting it three times - twice at the front desk and once texting with a manager. We ran out of TP, towels, and coffee as a result.

Location of beach.? Testy and pool on 6th floor.

I twice requested early housekeeping. I called down about 8:30 am. The first time, no one arrived until about 4 pm. What is the point of requesting early service? The 2nd time I came back at 1:30 and the room was not done. I called down again and was told housekeeping would arrive “shortly “. I went for a walk and came back around 4 pm. and the room was not done. They said someone would come by 4:30. I said “never mind” because I had to get ready to go out for dinner.

Our room was beautiful. The location was great. The chair and um fella offers on the beach were so pleasant. The pool/jacuzzi area with waitress service was phenomenal.

The woman who checked us in was rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable. This was our first contact, and if we had not already paid for the room, I would’ve walked out. She was much more concerned with the food her friend brought her than paying attention to checking us in. She should NOT be working as the initial point of contact for customers.

Room not as promised . Stayed two years ago in much better room . I booked same room this time and gotten terrible room with bad air conditioning terrible mattress. Room not as described. That’s the pictures of our “suite” how they want to call it. It does not represent even close we booked .It is totally joke . Our room should be over 750 feet it was the most 450 , maybe smaller . There is nobody who is taking you seriously over there . There are some pictures what are offered on website versa what really was offered to us .Such of disappointment at least . Watch out on the pillows . I believe any one star hotel would offer better .Maybe the did not like the fact we have booked with booking.com . I don’t know why . You should get what you paid for . Really disappointed ☹️ Can’t believe how ridiculously small the bedroom was . And Front Desk clerks acting like nothing is wrong . Like almost we that description of that place does not match . And yes it does . I don’t understand why we have gotten so bad place. Maybe when you book directly thru Hilton there is better chance . Or when you are Hilton Honors . They would never treated Hilton Honors like they treated us .

Always love this place. We always consider this place a home away from home.
