We were very happy with the facility, room and breakfast. The arcade, happy hour and food were a bonus for our stay.

The hotel was ok but when I tried to checkout a day early neither the hotel nor Booking would let me. I was promised at least a discount on my second day stay but was scammed for full amount. I will not use booking or this hotel again.

Location

Old dingy outdated carpet. Old and dim lighting. Elevator was broken causing long delays. Pool closed. Parking garage crumbling. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Windows hadn’t been cleaned in years. Total BUST!!!

Trash dirty unfriendly staff photo different from advertised over booked no breakfast to feed everyone Short staff the elevator were over crowded parking was over packed no spaces still had pay for parking did not meet expectations or live up to what is expected from Hilton embassy suites. On oxygen and auto immune disorder sanitation and cleanliness matter in this time of life Covid kills. Not smoke free every one room smelled like smoke one of rooms smelled like hard chemicals a total disaster for the guest and Family that disability’s and and was a let down compared to embassy suites San Antonio airport??? So sad

Customer service and cleaning or breakfast and rooms bad

Breakfast was very good, but I could just tell staff is taking shortcuts. Margarine packets looked like they had been put back if not used by other guests, etc. Desk staff was so welcoming and helpful, but it was so obvious they are taking shortcuts and need more help. Lobby is beautiful, but the whole place overall need updating.

Smelled musty, stained carpets, refrigerator in disrepair, few ice machines, parking garage looked almost dangerous. Refrigerator in room was over iced and leaking water, so we called and got a replacement, but it froze everything, one phone didn't work, parking garage with electrical hanging

When I booked it I didn’t realize the proximity to the hospital. It took a while before I fell asleep due to the ambulance sirens

Maintenance man was trying to hold our child's hand and ask her to come with him. Very scary and will never stay here again

Everything in the room was very dated, the shower was very small you could almost touch your head on the ceiling. TV was antenna TV, and the parking was expensive a complete mess. We have a taller pick up trucks and there were limited spots outside for oversized vehicles that couldn't fit in the parking garage and there was no signage to reserve those spots and they were quickly taken by little cars.

The room was very nice and the beds were real comfortable. We loved the two pools. I could see where it would get crowded with a lot of people though.

Hotel could use a little renovation. Nothing too extreme this little paint and some carpet fixed would make a huge difference.

Hot water took a long time to reach the shower. Breakfast was rough, I don't know if the food folks talked with the front desk to check on occupancy. Out of many items, and not restocked. It was busy, but we were fairly early too. We got in the elevator in the garage level and our key card wouldn't fit into the slot to operate the elevator. Had to walk around to the front of the hotel.

It was very neat and the staff was very friendly.

Near the hospital or something. Sirens all night

A bit dated, but serves the purpose of travel and staying overnight in a city. Needs a reboot. Staff were friendly and genuine.

Check in went well, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Staff gave a welcome bag that had snacks and drinks in it, this was greatly appreciated by my children. The fountain was up and running, children also liked that.

Our room was very musty smelling. Upon opening the curtains by the sliding glass door, we discovered the carpet was soaking wet. There was a family reunion or something of that nature happening in the lobby, they were very loud and up late. At breakfast the next morning, the facility was a MESS. There were people, plates, trash and random food laying all over the buffet area and surrounding areas. There was not much food available at 8:30 AM, which was disappointing to my family. The food was not of great quality, my youngest dished himself up a strawberry that was moldy and rotten.

Great location could walk to the plaza if you like walking it was a 15-minute walk on a nice day. Wonderful breakfast, Tuscany feel with the fountain and decor. Our bed was wonderful, the girls had the pullout which was a bit flat and you could feel the springs. It was a little older and the bathroom door comes in off the bedroom whereas in other Embassy Suites the bathroom door is off the living room area. The bartender was very nice, and he explained how they were going to redo the hotel right when covid happened. It was packed for the Taylor Swift concert but staff did amazing keeping up with everyone. We liked it!

Pillows were too small they weren't full size. Shower was way too short, I had too duck down the whole time. Hot tub wasn't working when I was there

Central place, many good restaurants in the area. Nice bartender knew the area and gave some good advice to some fabulous restaurants.

Jacuzzi was broken. Some of the staff was not that polite.
