Very noisy.....our room floor vibrated, the walls rattle along with the lamps on the wall all night long. I reported it but was told quiet hours were between 11-7. I explained that this was not "noise" and explained what was going on. She said security was on the way to the room above us but the commotion never stopped. We finally packed up and left at 5 a.m.

The resort is very kid-friendly. The room was spacious, and there were multiple activities available on the premises. We also like how you're able to enjoy the waterpark all day on check-in and check-out days even if your room isn't ready. After we checked out, we enjoyed the waterpark and premises the rest of the day. The registration staff was very kind, friendly, professional, and relatable. They checked on us periodically throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.

Some of the products and services were pretty pricey. The food service staff can act with a little more urgency and professionalism. I remember waiting for our pizza, and the staff was standing around talking while my pizza was in the back, ready to be brought out. The staff in the ice cream shop did not greet people upon entrance or provide acknowledgment. They serviced one customer at a time but at a slow pace, which caused a long wait.

Food and drinks a bit pricey. Especially the children's breakfast buffet. $9.00 for our 4 year old to eat cold cereal and no milk in the machine.

Needs better maps and signs telling where stuff is.

The air conditioning could use updating, it was extremely loud and inefficient at cooling. My little ones loved the bunk beds though. Our oldest slept in the top bunk and had a lot of fun. The food on the other hand was mediocre at best and extremely expensive. It would had been nice if breakfast was at least included. When we went to dinner at the restaurant my husband found a floaty in his lemonade and the pasta I ordered was bland. On top of that the restaurant hours were unusual and it was inconvenient to have to run around to different locations to get food. The water park on the other hand was fun and my oldest became more courageous each time she went. All in all it was an okay vacation but there are aspects that need improving.
