Water pipe on 4th floor broke, flooding lobby

Breakfast was Awesome and location was great

Love that it was very clean and the products use in the bathroom (shampoo, body lotion), good quality

Didn’t like that breakfast was not included

the mirrors is not clean an the bathroom need more cleaning

Even though breakfast wasn’t buffet, they had good alternatives to ask for in the menu.

The location of the hotel is ok, you can find a variety of stores nearby. Our only issue we had was that when we entered the room the first thing I perceived was the smell, the room had a humid ambience and this made the environment of the room felt dirty overall. Also the floor tub was stained with something red and made me feel uncomfortable when using the shower. Breakfast isn’t buffet as in most of hotels.

was I a bad area of town. if I knew where located I would of never booked. and it said 3000 ft from beach.it was like 10 minutes from hotel. to many people hanging out side all day and night?? would not recommend or ever go back!!

service. We rented three rooms because we were going with the children, they offered us rooms with additional beds when I arrived I realized that they only had a blanquet. I called front desk to ask to please bring me 2 additional blankets and also regular coffee because they only left decaf coffee in the room and they never arrived.

Clean and comfortable. Updated facilities with all the amenities needed. Staff were extremely helpful in handling my ever changing circumstances. Will stay here anytime I need a place in St. Petersburg.

The hotel is clean and we really liked it! Most of the staff were super friendly, especially the morning front desk man. He was SO nice! I don't know his name but he was awesome! Also, I really liked that they have cold drinking water available 24/7

The only person that wasn't super friendly was the evening front desk guy, I asked him for restaurant recommendations that were open after 10 pm. (After we google them and couldn't find anything) and he just told me to "use that pretty phone of mine to search for them" I told him we already google them but couldn't really find anything and we were asking, just in case he knew of a restaurant nearby. After he noticed I didn't like the way he told me to just google it, he gave me a list of restaurant recommendations they keep for guests (which I don't know why he just didn't give it to me in the first place). It wasn't a big deal but I just think he could've been a little nicer. The other thing we didn't like was that at night there was a group of people drinking right outside the hotel door.

The location is a good bit out of town, needed a 20 dollar uber to get to the pier on downdown st. petersburg
