The transportation to the hotel from airport. Called hotel and they said they were sending someone to get us. We never saw them and had to pay for a taxi.

We like the location, price, staff, free shuttle & free breakfast. We have used the stay & park option and it works great for us.

Being so close to the airport means you will hear the air traffic and depending on the location of your room, you'll hear car traffic. The rooms are a bit dated but fine for one night stay.

the Ladies at the reception- except one- shouldn‘t be working with people. super rude! In the description of the hotel it says that the shuttle operates all day. when I asked i was told it operated only from 5-12. It was ok for me since my flight left around 1pm but they should change that on their page! Coffee at the reception area was not drinkable..

Within walking distance of airport in the afternoon when I arrived, but the shuttle was great early the next morning. Clean, quiet, comfortable room.

The TV was difficult to figure out. The front desk staff was helpful.
