I called the # three times for the shuttle and the phone rang for over 2 minutes each time and no answer. I finally took a taxi and paid $10.00 to go to the hotel. The desk clerk was very nice when I told him what happen and he tired to call the shuttle # and he did not get an answer. Also the dining room service was very slow, only 1 girl working, She was very nice. They need more staff.

I had erroneously booked 2 rooms for the same night, and the staff spoke to management, who agreed to not charge me for the second room. I was very happy with this outcome and am grateful to the staff and hotel. Thank you. Plus, I love being able to walk to and from the airport. I had a glass of wine at the bar, and the bartender was very friendly and efficient.

Bathroom had red mold in places and no bars in the shower for elderly to use. Beds were not comfortable, and we had to drink coffee and water out of paper/plastic. The driver of the shuttle to the airport was irritated about something and drove rather erratically. The cost for one room was overpriced.

Management and staff were top rate. Efficient yet personal care.

There was an issue with the IT system in the restaurant so it took a long time to get a table and get served. Also, a slight issue with the elevator doors not closing correctly.

We were at the end of our trip and wanted to be close to the airport and we could not have been much closer. The desk staff was absolutely wonderful - efficient and VERY personable. Shuttle service as prompt. We had three rooms and they were all very clean. Several of our group had wanted to stay in our VRBO one more night and go in to the airport in the morning. I was adamant that we would not do that since our flight was very early. I am so glad that I did that. First of all, the hotel was very convenient and secondly, even though we left the hotel two hours before our flight and were there in less than five minutes, we made our flight by the skin of our teeth. For that reason alone, I give this hotel 10 stars.

It is not that I did not like it - I just felt bad. Someone had left the shower head tilted toward the outside. I did not notice that. I started water running in the tub and when it was the correct temperature, I hit the shower button - which came right out at me and the floor. I felt bad that I left wet towels from cleaning it up and then I figured if that was the biggest problem I had, I was a lucky woman. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the SeaTac area.

when you request a crib a week in advance and you fly 6 hours with a two year old and arrive at midnight (as you were notified in advance) the crib should be in the room and set up when you get there. it was not. and it didnt get there till one. not acceptable. especially for $500 for two rooms. never again.

Terrible facility, unclean, even had to pay for coffee which is usually free at Hotels in the morning. Would not give me a copy of bill this morning and l still have not received a copy by email as promised…absolutely terrible facility…
