me dieron una habitacion y cuando regrese habian sacado mis cosas px supuestamente no era la q aparecia asignada y no pude entrar y perdi tiempo ademas como personas pudieron entrar y tomar mis cosas personales y llevarselas ademas si la habitacion esta ocupada px el señor de mantenimiento toca o entra esto demuestra q no tienen coordinacion los factores

Room was not clean upon arrival. We requested it be cleaned 4 times. We were ignored. Dirty shower full of hair on walls. Dirty toilet with hair and loo paper. Full trash can. Dirty dining table.

The dirty room and inconsiderate staff. requests fall upon deaf ears.

Inside the lobby and hallways were super clean and pretty. Pool surroundings were ok and the beach was beautiful and super clean.

It is a non-smoking property and our bathroom had a very strong cigarette smell all the time and the neighbor was smoking all the time in the balcony and all the smoke were coming our way, we couldn’t open the door or enjoy the balcony. We did not have shampoo or conditioner and just one little cream for 4 people and no extra towels very little of all the needed stuff we had to go to the counter to ask for it and extra cups or enough coffee and the snack bar was half empty when we got there so I had to reported in case they charge us. I reported the smoke smell but they just made a note in the computer. I went for third time and asked them to move us but they said next day after 12:00pm to go to desk again to ask again to see if I could be changed, but I had reservations and plans already for the whole day so I couldn’t do the move it was to late and we were leaving next day. I told them all inconvenients and no discount or anything was done just a oh sorry for all that and next time we will give you a discount but I will never come back or recommend it to any one. Customer service was very bad.
