I liked the pool, beach, and its location. TV service in the room was good, and pool restaurant was decent.

First room I got was bad. It was severely outdated, and poorly maintained. Bathtub didn't drain and they couldn't/wouldn't fix it so we had to move to a different room which was a bit better but also with broken furniture, and weird bathroom. House cleaning is also lacking.

It was close to the beach and every morning I woke up I saw the water. I love being close to the ocean.

The property isn’t bad just need some improvements. The first night I stayed in my room I noticed the shower heads were not in good shape so the next morning I asked for them to be replaced. They were never replaced the entire week stay which would have at least made me happy and the next upcoming guest happy as well. Also room service came and cleaned the room every day which was good but they always took my wash rags and towels and never replaced any each day for 5 days. I even left a tip hoping that would help but all I got was a TY note from room service but not towels, wash towels and large towels. I had to go down to the reception desk each night and get them. Other than that the hotel was ok.

First of all when we got there to our room air conditioner was not working, second our toilet clogged we had to call multiple times until someone came in and thirdly last day of our stay we saw cockroach crawling on the floor. Its was horrible, horrible, horrible.

Excelente zona de piscina, tiene acceso directo a la playa por lo que al hacer uso de las camillas de hotel, no se requiere pagar alquiler, buenas habitaciones y aseo, en general lo recomiendo.

Para hacer uso del baño se requiere entrar al gimnasio, debería existir un baño en la zona directa de la piscina. algunos empleados no tienen paciencia con quienes no hablamos ingles.

Dirty floor in the room. Marks and stains on the floor. Bathroom tile was not sealed properly, they used spray paint that was flaking. The shops in the hotel were unorganized and twice the cost of normal stores.

Location. Two queen beds in the room (all other places I checked offered two full beds instead)

Old, outdated, not clean, under construction inside and outside (the pool was closed and I found out once there), AC was not working properly on the first room, then the toilet was not working properly on the second Room. There were ants, many, so even though the room had a kitchen area, I was was careful not to leave food on counters. All food, even crackers had to be placed in the refrigerator due to ants on countertops. The elevators were very slow. Most of personnel were nice and ready to help. Only the pool towel attendant was not professional, it was like she didn’t wanted to be there.

There was no indication, email, notice or anything that there was no pool!! The whole hotel and rooms are run down, which looks nothing like the pictures you receive. I simply asked for possible money back(not a full refund) for there not being availability to the pool or hot tub and all I received is attitude from the worker, which most the workers there carried 🙄 Not to mention many people were there demanding refunds, as well. Will definitely be calling hotels before I book anywhere again!
