everything was every nice and clean bed comfy ant the view was very nice.

This property was very close to the beach and had spacious accommodations. There were many kitchen tools available for cooking during our stay.

There was no hot water on the first night, but was back in order the next morning and for the duration of the trip.

lot of space and location is superb

Perfect location and nearby facilities. Cleanness, furniture and appliances in excelent conditions.

It would’ve helped a lot to have a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment.

Breakfast was not provided. Excellent location across the street from the beach and an adjacent playground for the children. Sleeping spaces were well designed with good beds. TV and kitchen appliances worked fine but no garbage disposal. The pool was very nice and the gym looked good as well. Convenient to the elevators.

The furniture was all decent but the place itself is badly in need of renovation - holes in the wall, missing towel racks, paint peeling, etc. Stopper was missing in the only bathtub, very inconvenient for bathing kids. Only 3 dishwasher tablets were provided for our 3-day stay. Seven people x 1 plate each for each meal takes a lot more than 3 loads. Only 3 garbage bags and no recycle containers provided. One tiny sliver of soap provided for each tub and shower.

Beautiful view nice location close to the beach walking distance away

The host was excellent, she was very attentive and was there if we needed her for anything. I loved everything about the property, apartment was bright and spacious. The location was good and the scenery was beautiful. The staff was a nightmare! If you didn’t speak Spanish they ignored you, wouldn’t help or give advise for anything. “Contact your host” is the most you will get out of the lobby staff

Everything that you could have needed for your stay was provided in the room service.

Everything was fine.

Spacious room, included beach chairs and umbrellas. Very close walk to the beach across the street. Maria was a great communicator and was able to resolve the issues I had immediately.

The room was not clean! Floors were full of dust. The beddings were not clean and had stains and hair all over them! DISGUSTING!!!! Some of the towels were old with rips and bleach stains on them where I wouldn’t even use to mop my floors! Maria came the second day and changed the beddings and provided new towels.
