Our room we booked was a king and they double booked it so we ended up staying in a queen, the shower was clogged and moldy.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was beautiful.

The shower had really bad soap scum.

The breakfast was amazing. The room was amazing as well. it was the perfect size for us and it met every expectation we were hoping for. Housekeeping was prompt when we needed anything and the front desk was prompt when we had any questions. The hotel is nice and it is definitely worth the money you spend for a night there. The bar was on point with the drinks and didnt disappoint. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel for any families, couples, or anyone traveling alone.

spacious and functional. good beds and bathrooms. very serviceable but nothing pleasant, outlook etc.

dark and miserable. noisy the walls are thin so you hear everyone else. heating noisy and horrid blown air. no fresh air. dark in bedroom poor lighting.

The worker there was not considerate to the fact that I got stuck in the elevator.

The decorations for the holidays was beautiful. The drinks and wings at the bar were great! Customer service was exceptional with everyone I came in contact with.

Our refrigerator leaked a little in the floor.
