It’s perfectly situated. Walking distance to the beach, casinos and restaurants. I got great value for the money spent here. There’s a new management team that seems to take great care in making sure that my stay was a good one.

Was better than my expectation. Clean and Comfortable room, Close to Ski Lift, Casino. Found a great last minute deal.

terrible place, worst accommodations I have stayed in 30 years

no door on the bathroom, no running hot water, and toilet didn’t flush

the room was so horrible i could not stand to stay there so i left

the room was like a roach motel with dirty nasty floors made of fake wood and staples sticking up and a crooked tv and a broken heater. I did not stay there as i could not bring myself to stay in such a horrible place

About what I expected for the dirt cheap price. Staff was pleasant.

Broken down desk and fridge, but at least the room seemed fairly clean. Weird room layout, no shower curtain.

There were bed bugs and dirty sheets, and no one in the office when we got back to go to bed. Ended up driving home at 1 in the morning

The rooms I requested were reserved for us.

On the first evening, one of the guests in one of the rooms was bitten by "bed bugs". At 3 AM the two ladies emptied all their possesions from the room and laid them out on the outside patio for airing out and further inspections. The waited until 6:30 AM to allow me to sleep and then woke me up to resolve the situation. I called both Alpine in numbers with no response whatsoever. The ladies had to stay on chairs in the patio from 4 AM to 12:30 PM when the manager arrived but did not call us I talked to him and made two requests.....1) re-issue another room immediately and 2) Please process a credit memo for the first night. They issued another room which I personally inspected all mattresses and they were clean: however the manager said they cannot issue credit memo but offer me a future free night. I explained that is not satisfactory and requested a full one night credit memo....he finally agreed to issue 50% credit memo to your Company and you should then issue me that credit memo. I still expect a full refund for one night for those two ladies. So I am officially requesting from you to issue to my credit card a full one night credit memo for the two ladies. I am not going to notify the Amex credit card people until I hear back from you with your response and confirmation of issuance of cr. memo.

great location

room wasn’t very neat. the towels were just thrown on bed & no cups for water or coffee machine. the soaps were tossed on shelf.

the location to downtown Stateline was perfect. that was the only thing going for it.

the room lay out was awful. it was dirty. it didn’t have any amenities that was listed. The mattress was old and sunken in. We didn’t have enough towels for 2 people, and we found a lot of trash.

Location was perfect! Comfy beds and temperature.

Had to call number on front door to get someone to check us in, no one ever available for anything; decided we didn't need our room serviced (stayed 2 days) but needed more coffee packets next day, had to call number on door again (10 AM) to be told service would be there at 11 AM (which is check out time). Sure enough, at 11:02 5 people in a group came knocking at the door telling us it was time to leave (we were already leaving), so I asked if i could finally get my coffee! Of course they said no that it was time to leave.
