Staff was excellent and very professional

Full of barking dogs, floors were weak and felt like you would fall through walking down the halls, overwhelming smell of bleach everywhere gave me a migraine. Room was HOT! Air didn’t work hardly at all. Front desk could not supply a fan. Beds were uncomfortable. Pics are deceiving. This room was old and outdated.

It had enough beds for 2 adults and 3 kids.

The carpets in the hallways were nasty dirty.

The breakfast in the morning was a nice spread and the beds were comfortable.

When we arrived at 1am after calling and checking in over the phone, we got to our room and the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was 85 in our room. We had my husband and I and our 3 kids with us. We got the two queen beds and a pull out sofa. When we got to our room and the air conditioning wasn’t working the lady said she couldn’t move us since she didn’t have any rooms with the pull out. I told her just to give us a room with the two queens and we ended up sleeping with our 5 year old in between us. It worked out but I wasn’t offered any compensation or anything for my inconvenience. I was also way to tired to make a stink. We had been driving at that point for a good 20 hours and I just wanted to get my family in somewhere cool and comfy. Also they need to do some remodeling. There is tape holding some of the tile floor down and wallpaper peeling off walls in places and then replacements cut and thrown up on the wall looking horrible. There was also a really gross smell in the lobby by the gym. Would not recommend.

Room was a little dirty...like around the edges of the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was loose...felt like it would fall off. Just seemed like the whole room wasn't really clean.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good.

The original room I was placed in smelled TERRIBLE, and beds were sloppily made, I wasn’t sure if they were clean; I requested a move to another room, I was moved across the hall and that room smelled but not as bad, the bathtub was in bad condition; desk clerk was not friendly at all to me but was smiling with other customers as they came back or checked in.
