Rooms were very clean.Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Front desk not so much.

I was told I would be compensated for some safety concerns with my room., Door knob came off in my hand when exiting the room. Very difficult to get back on. No other room available. I had two toddlers.. I hate to think if there had been a fire...

The location

My family and I had to be moved 3 TIMES after checking in. The first room my daughter pulled the let out bed out and the first thing she saw on the mattress was a huge blood stain, the check room immediately when you walked into the bathroom the toil was filthy with stains all around the inside of the toilet. The 3 room the shower and shower walls were completely dirty, My children was tired and cranky, so we just went out and purchased bathroom cleaners, sheets, and towels and cleaned the room ourselves.
