The evening manager was extremely professional. She handled a disgruntled customer who was yelling at her, and stayed calm. It seems that they are understaffed, but she was doing a great job. The room was clean and comfortable.

Odd holes in the wall in the room where something had been mounted and removed. Notice posted in the parking lot that customers should not leave valuables in the car, makes me wonder about the safety of the neighborhood.

Front desk ladies were outstanding!!!! We will stay there on our way back from our cruise to Alaska. It’s wonderful when you go stay some where and everyone is so pleasant. Room was very quit, breakfast was great. Wish they had bacon!!!

Nice swimming pool..friendly staff..dirty bathroom had pubic hair in shower and a brown pop stain on the wall. that I wiped off myself because I was tired and was already moved because tv didn't have sound.

for the price it was not worth it. Rooms in poor condition and I heard a lot of thumping through out the night. broken tile in the restroom.

The pool was nice. Not many people in it. My kids loved it..

The building needs updates structure wise

The pool was gross. There were dirty towels and paper cups and other stuff strewn about the area that wasn’t picked up that had been left from the night Before and was there until the next afternoon. You should stock and have a better selection in the little store you have! It is a great idea and had only a few things in there. I thought the hotel had the potential to be such a nice place—there was a ton of space, especially on the 5th floor, and the pool could have been nice but no one wants to put money into it. That room should have cost me half of what I paid per night. If it was as nice as it could have been, I would have happily paid!!!! Instead, I’ll never come back. And I travel to Spokane every year.
