first floor room

no shower curtain no tv remote crime at hotel door was kicked in i the corner had to use towels to block dirty room.

I killed 10 bugs and spiders in couple hours. There was no soap and trash can in the bathroom. Bathroom sink was extremely dirty. Also I made a reservation for no smoking room but my room was smelling smoke. It was hard to take a breath for me. This motel is not worth the price.

There was no shower curtain, no soap, no shampoo, no refrigerator, no trash barrel, no hangers, no seat for the desk, non working phone. We had to bring in ourselves a frig, soap, trash barrell from other units. The floor was dirty as well as the common areas. The beds were too hard and noise during the night made it difficult to impossible to sleep. The staff seemed overwhelmed. It was terrible. I would like to receive a refund.

The bed was comfortable

They had roaches our shower was disgusting and house keeping came in 5 minutes before checkout without knocking just used the key and came in.

The Management was very professional and accommodations were made to change my room and he even came and cleaned the room due to the 1st room having needles in the toilet for some strange reason. He always goes above and beyond with customer service.

And again on this stay housekeeping came knocking at 830 for checkout. Please stop knocking until its close to checkout and someone was arguing in front of my door and in the adjoining room had their door open all night which was very uncomfortable and dangerous because they were arguing over a drug transaction.

When I get down to the bathroom there is no tub only a shower and it had hair in it roaches was on the shower curtain my husband had to clean it I had on white socks I walk on the floor the time I got finished walking my socks were black in a tie the Heat did not work so for that night we basically froze had to cuddle up real close to keep on in order to go to sleep the remote controls did not go to the TV we first had a room to the top but had to move to the bottom due to the fact of the heaters no microwave are in the room but we paid a hundred and three dollars for one night my husband was so frustrated very discombobulated we personal wouldn't go back there and I would not tell anybody about that location and all you smell is weed in the air but they have no smoking size for the rooms. Then when we got ready to go that morning look like the trash man hasn't came in 2 weeks trash running over at the big main trash can around the trash can it was very ridiculous
