Cleanliness of the room and the size of the room.

Terrible

The beds were broken, housekeeping did not clean my room at all , I was there 7 days and requested they clean every day and was denied service. The rooms smelled of smoke, the carpet was dirty and the microwave didn’t work! Management did nothing to help and I want everyday to complain.

I was told that I could request room service for each day of my stay, so I requested my room be cleaned each day. It was NOT cleaned each day. There was no seat covers in the public bathroom on the first floor.

It was not a bad place to stay once we were given a clean room.

When we arrived we were sent to our room (king size bed) which was dirty and I mean dirty laundry on the floor and the bed room hadn’t been touched (we were told it was an accident within their system) I was then told I could be given a queen room for no extra charge 🙄 I paid for the king room the queen was cheaper. Then when I went to ask for clean towels I stood at the front desk for 10 min bc no one was up there another hotel worker had to come call for the lady in the back to come up front for me.
