Breakfast was not great. Other hotels do a better job and give a wider selection

location was excellent for our requirements

we were in the lower level, very dark, plug by bed didn’t work (there was an extension cord stapled to floor that we were expected to use but didn’t reach our requirements)

The breakfast sucked, a big downgrade every year since this one opened.

The frozen products that you had to microwave.

Breakfast options were really good. It was quiet so had good sleeps.

No one easily available at front desk for questions.

Comfortable bed and pillows. It was clean.

My room was very warm and the air conditioning was not working . The bar of soap in the bathroom was terrible. It broke into pieces on first use.

The breakfast was good, something for everyone. Breakfast area was clean and well organised.

No cots, heater/ac unit didn't work. Dirty walls around trash cans in room, dusty, lights didn't work . Fan in bathroom disgusting with dirt . Fitness room was filthy. Hottub out of order and full of spiders. Staff were not well kept and looked over worked, exhausted, well under dressed. Way over priced, I've stayed in MUCH better places for a fraction of costs.

Beds were comfortable

Room wasnt cleaned during stay. No internet. Poor channels on tv.

Breakfast had enough good choices and the breakfast sandwich was excellent. The bed was comfortable and we were comfortable with the room cleanliness.

The staff did their job but were generally unhelpful. The wi-fi was unworkable - slow, weak, and unreliable. We were unable to use the wi-fi service during our stay.

The kitchenette was nice and beds were comfortable.

Bathroom was tight. Had to do a side step to close the door in order to sit on the toilet. Booked the evening before as was coming to town for a funeral. When I arrived, they told me they did not have me down for a room as they never got my order. I used booking.com to book and received an confirmation email from same. The staff member was unhelpful, rude, and unwilling to help. Staff member was not willing to book me into a room regardless of email confirmation from booking.com. Was a fight to get a room. Gave wrong room keys and was rude when I came back to discuss the issues with the room keys. Elevator smelled like garbage, had what I think was blood drops in it. Free breakfast was pitiful.

Clean, quiet, close to a&w and tim’s

Powdered coffee whitener, bagged frozen breakfast, boingy synthetic fibre pillows. Air conditioner was off when we entered the room. It was 38C that day, so not a nice welcome after a hot day of travelling. Most expensive place in town to stay. No waterslide or pool.

It’s comfortable rooms, AC was able to keep up with the extra heat. Pet friendly is always a bonus.

There were dead bugs on the ceiling and walls my husband and I counted 5 or 6. The bagged breakfast was very poor. I was disappointed I always like a good complimentary breakfast.

Good location- near gas stations restaurants, grocery stores. Comfortable beds.

Visibly dirty room. Mirrors streaky, handles had old finger prints on them, crumbs on the counters, very dirty light switches and lamps, kitchenette very dirty along with inside the fridge. It didn’t feel like we were coming into a clean room which made the experience at the hotel a lot less good than it had the potential to be. Expected a lot more for the price of the room.
