Rude and unprofessional staff. Treated me like trash despite having prepaid for the hotel room.

Location was perfect close to bars and restaurants also close to bus #54 or 52 takes you to the museum and capital

Hotel was dated room 204 needed repairs Wall paper peeling from the wall carpet needed cleaning

Spacious queen room with comfortable bed and linen. Staff is lovely and helpful - they gave me early check in, and helped me with some printing. For the price, it is great value given it has all the basics you need, good heating, private bathroom, daily housekeeping and very quiet. Location was moderately close to tourist sites, I mainly used the bus although you could walk there (25mins). Very close to restaurants in Logan Circle and Dupont Circle. Great water pressure. I enjoyed my stay here.

Towels were a bit rough. The hotel is fairly dated, but well maintained.

The hotel is a little older with thinner walls than i expected. I wish maybe there was more amenities in the room but we were able to still sleep pretty well and the price is good for a quick trip on a budget.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The District Hotel. I found the staff to be helpful, pleasant, and attentive. The room was perfectly sufficient for what I needed for my stay in the city. One big note was the price, it was greatly priced.

The bathroom was a tad small. Yet again as noted the room was perfectly sufficient for my short-term needs.

Although it doesn't have the kitchen, it has a microwave oven. And staffs are very kind for help.

There are only steps before entering the entry. I need to carry my luggages by myself.

The woman who checked me out of my room was really friendly. Great location!

Man who checked me in wasn’t as friendly. The toilet wasn’t working properly. The bed was not comfortable.

The room was clean & comfortable. The shower was very Hot & Strong..

No breakfast or vending machine..
