The bed was very comfortable and overall it was clean with a lot of cleaning items available (vacuum, broom, dustpan etc).

It is carpeted and the place smelled of dampness, mold, etc. and so did all my belongings when I get got back home and had to wash them several times. The couch is very outdated and very uncomfortable. However, the other furnishings are nice particularly the nautical theme. The TVs are very tiny.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

I specifically requested first floor because I have a special need child and senior but I was assigned to second floor without prior notification. The resort couldn’t find any first floor apt available when we checked in although they did see the request, and booking.com couldn’t do anything but ask me to contact resort, and nobody would give us any credit or discount for the inconvenience. So everyday walking up and down the stairs were terrible.

Check in was quick and I was able to check in early. i liked that they had several pools even though was not able to use them because it rained the entire stay

tv in living room was broke and front desk stated they would not fix it until Monday, tv in bedroom signal was so bad you could not watch any channels, because it rained the entire stay we could not enjoy the facilities, wifii was horrible could not connect

The unit we stayed in was maintained well.

The steps without an elevator option. This will make things difficult for travelers who are unable to handle that many steps. Even for those who have just had a very long day at the parks may find this bothersome.

Safety deposit box wasn’t working. Smoke alarms went off and needed new batteries.

Resort was beautiful and well laid out. I loved the heated pools and that they were open till 10/11pm. Tradewinds restaurant/bar was nice and food was good. Pretty friendly staff.

Resort properties are individually owned but i feel our actual room was very dated and needs an extreme facelift. AC didn’t work our first two night there and our beds in all three rooms were horrible. Only thing on property that needs updating would be the park everything else is lovely.

3 rd floor was not aware of all the steps. Issues with toilet several times clogged. Towels used to clean up backed up water in shower and toilet floor left on outside balcony by staff for 6 days

The floors could have been swept. The patio could have been clean. And there could have been more Paper towels toilet paper and garbage bags in the room so you didn't have to keep asking for more.

The beds in every bedroom are so uncomfortable. Worst bed I’ve ever slept on.

Location was nice and the amenities were great!! Lots to do! Several pools, hot tubs, "beach" area with hammocks and ping pong, volleyball, basketball, shuffle board, karaoke on the weekends. Food at restaurant was also really good and not overly priced. Property supervisor (Stephanie I think) was absolutely wonderful!! She helped move us to a ground floor unit when I thought we were gonna be stuck.

No elevators!! This wouldn't be awful had I known upfront that there were not any elevators. We were being put on the 3rd floor (which this unit was huge!! With more amenities than the unit we got moved to) main problem was I had my grandmother with us that would have been grounded to the room as she is handicapped and could not make the 4 sets of steps on a daily basis. Calling Vacasa and the property, nobody could help me, which was very frustrating. So we started on the 3rd floor until a Supervisor from the property (I think her name was Stephanie) called and helped us move to a ground floor unit.

I always love the comfort of their homes. We always come to this location periodically for vacation. Everything is close and convenient.

Only issue is that the pools don’t stay open long enough for the money we pay. They need to consider moving the time because most of us enjoy the jacuzzi at night. Where we live there are no beaches so when we visit we do want to enjoy the pool.

All of the staff was very friendly including the waiter and waitress at Tradewinds.

There is nothing that we didn't like about the rental. We loved everything.

The unit was VERY outdated and run down! There were rips in the furniture cushions, slats missing on the blinds, and curtains that didn’t cover the windows. The oven had rust on it and the stove controls were disgusting. VERY disappointing. I was literally there four hours (long enough to find another place to stay) and you’re refusing a refund….?!Never again will I book through you!
